Nice hotel, good location and friendly staff who helped us with great local bar and restaurant recommendations.

The staff was nice, they had wine tasting at night, room was dark at night and quiet, a great location for food and exploring.

Room available immediately following a morning flight. Spacious and clean room. Hotel and staff were very helpful. Wine and cheese each evening was nice touch. Great location. Some nice luxury touches like electric blinds

La zona donde está el hotel es tranquila para caminar , el desayuno es bueno con opciones varias y de buena calidad , la habitación es confortable pero con muchas cosas ( mesa , armario , sillón ) lo que hace que se vuelva pequeña

Location, staff was helpful but my balcony sliding door does not lock properly. Breakfast was ok could be better. I booked for suite but has no lotion and I even ask for lotion but they don’t offer them as part of amenities. But for a 4 star this is good, not great.

Localização muito boa , a suíte com sacada é excelente inclusive com banheira , atendimento excelente assim como a limpeza. O único defeito é o café da manhã que é fraco , muito pobre em opções. Tirando o café da manhã o hotel é excelente.

This hotel was in a great area, full of shops and great food options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite limited and small.

Our stay at Palermitano Hotel was unfortunately one of the more frustrating hotel experiences we’ve had, mainly due to the extreme street noise. We were given a room facing the main road, and despite the hotel’s stylish appearance, the windows offered almost no sound insulation. It genuinely felt as if the cars were driving through the room. Resting during the day was impossible, and sleeping at night required earplugs (which were not available when requested). The wall also bordered a jazz club with live music until around 1–2 a.m., which made it even harder to relax. Changing rooms was not possible. The room itself was okay but below expectations for the price point: the sink didn’t drain properly, the bed was fine but not great, and there was no in-room coffee maker or complimentary water. Breakfast was simple but acceptable, and the staff was generally friendly. There’s a complimentary wine-and-cheese hour in the evening, which is a nice touch and helps a bit to balance the overall impression. It might be a very different (and better) experience in one of the rooms facing the backyard, but for street-facing rooms, the noise makes it extremely hard to recommend — especially at around $200 per night.

Excelente atendimento, uns amores! Tudo limpinho, novo, pedi pra trocar de quarto por conta do barulho da rua, trocaram na hora, sem hesitar. Café da manhã ok, mesma coisa todo dia Mas ficaria novamente sem dúvidas!

Staff was very helpful.... Room itself was noisy. The pipes or the elevator, not sure...but the plumbing was noisy. Also the street noise. And smell from bathroom pipes. Nice wine tasting daily and helpful staff. Good location to walk to local bars, restaurants and safe.

We loved the proximity of this property. The area is excellent. The staff , room and food were all good . The bed was comfortable as well as the pillows . 10/10
