Staff were really kind. Location is quite nice to see around.

The staff were all friendly and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

これまで宿泊した海外のホテルの中では中程度．可もなく不可もなくといったところ．

二泊のうち一泊はスイートにアップグレードしてくれたが、シャワーとバスタブが分かれている。部屋はスイートでなくとも、広くて快適と思った。内装もシンプルで気持ち良く感じた。プエルト・マデロまで徒歩6-7分の立地も良いと思う。

Ficamos hospedados no Kenton de Bariloche, que nos encantou. Por isso decidimos ficar no Kenton de Buenos Aires. E não nos decepcionou. Hotel limpo, com equipe gentil e prestativa, um bom café da manhã e bem localizado. Fica entre a Plaza de Mayo e o Mercado de San Telmo. Não é uma região agitada à noite mas tem bons bares e restaurantes clássicos porteños nos arredores. No domingo, feira ao longo da rua, passando em frente ao hotel, além da famosa Feira de Antiquidades nos arredores do Mercado de San Telmo. Recomendamos e certamente voltaremos.

Had a very pleasant stay at Kenton Palace. The location is excellent, and the staff were consistently helpful and courteous. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels provided. Overall, a very positive experience.

We thought there was a pool but there was no information about it and you had to enquire about it through the spa. One of the lamps in the room gave me a slight electrical shock. They replaced it. The kettle didn’t work. They replaced it. There was only tea and sugar. No coffee or milk. Bathroom door was opaque with toilet just behind it. I felt there was no privacy. Staff were wonderful. The room was spacious.

Pool was warm. Breakfast was great. We had a stroller that had to be carried up to lobby but staff was very helpful. Room was roomy.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my children aged 4 and 18 in 2 rooms. While there were many great aspects, unfortunately we had a very unpleasant experience during check out. We were accused of "breaking a kettle" in one of the rooms. In fact, on arrival there was a crack and a small piece of the kettle lid missing, presumably caused by a previous guest. It was still working despite this so we had no need to report it to reception. We had to cancel our taxi and I was pressured into paying for a replacement. The man at reception was rude and intimidating lin contrast to the very polite and helpful man who was present at check in). As we were in a rush to rebook another airport taxi I had no option but to pay, rather than miss our flight. He did not provide an itemised receipt and had to be asked 3 times to give me my change from the tourist tax as well. He was sniggering with his colleagues and speaking with them about us in Spanish, as we could understand a few words. My 4 year old was very upset by this. I have been in contact with my credit card company who are kindly arranging a charge-back, so at least I will get a refund for the kettle. On the plus side, the rooms were large and clean and the location was convenient. The pool was nice although the hot tub and sauna were not working. The dreadful experience at check out has unfortunately marred our short trip to Buenos Aires and has put me off from returning again.

Quarto grande, banheira grande no quarto do 605, traveseiro muito alto. Academia e piscina não estavam funcionando e não foi avisado antecipadamente quando do reserva. Café da manhã bem sortido.

Tutto il personale è eccellente, accogliente disponibile e gentilissimo sotto ogni punto di vista! La posizione è ottima per visitare Buenos Aires. Colazione a buffet ricca di tutto dal dolce al salato e per tutti i gusti.

Much bigger room than expected and very comfortable

It was excellent but needs better access to get the luggage to the elevator. No ramps and have to go up steps to get to lobby
