冷房が効かない。

バーやレストラン、飲み物やスナックなどが買える店も近接しており、地下鉄駅にも近く便利。 部屋は清潔で天井が高く夜も静かで居心地が良い。金庫も使いやすい。 シャワーブースの水捌けがいまいちで、トイレの方の床まで濡れてしまうのでその点だけ注意が必要。

施設が歴史を感じる素敵な建物で魅力的であった。 又宿泊する事にしました。

問題は二つ 暖房が効かない部屋だったこと アメニティが石鹸シャンプーだけだったこと 髭そりが欲しい♪

Absolutely fabulous boutique style hotel. Great location, great staff, good breakfast

The daily breakfast offered is incredible. There is something for everyone to enjoy. And the staff are always so friendly. This is an older building with all the charm and hiccups one get expect with that: the air conditioning and shower drain could function better, but that’s not why you come here. You choose this place to be authentic and feel the true vibe of SanTelmo. The rooftop pool - though small - is a welcome delight on hotter days. As is the courtyard spaces with chairs, tables and swings to enjoy a late night Malbec under the stars.

Loved staying at this sweet little hotel. The standard room was small but clean and with AC and we loved the old world double doors and high wood ceilings. Neighborhood was right where we wanted to be in San Telmo. Can’t wait to visit again!

We don't feel good with the room: the bedroom is old and smell, the bathroom is small and has no amenities, but the location of the hotel is outstanding and the price is reasonable. When we left the hotel for joining the cruise, I asked the lobby staff to book for us a taxi with enough space for 4 people and 4 large luggage, he did it with a private vehicle instead of official taxi.

Staff was amazing and very helpful!!! Air conditioning did not work as it should. Luckily it was cool enough to open the door to allow cool air in. I would say ice buckets in rooms as well as an ice maker for all patrons to use would be a great addition. All in all we did enjoy our stay. The staff should be commended!!!

Staff is incredibly professional and kind. The facilities are kept clean and the rooms are lovely.

Funky hotel in San Telmo excellent value I would stay there again

Room was not ready one hour past check in. Bathroom was outdated and there was grime in the bathtub. Lamps on bedside tables were falling apart. Room was not as advertised in pictures.

¡Hola! Es increíblemente fácil dar una excelente reseña del Hotel Patios San Telmo. No solo todas las descripciones en línea son precisas, sino que es especialmente el ambiente extremadamente acogedor lo que nos hizo muy felices de ser huéspedes. El estilo tan especial del interior, con un toque vanguardista, y el exitoso rediseño arquitectónico del edificio, que no es en absoluto nuevo, demuestran un resultado óptimo y deberían justificar sin duda una calificación de cuatro estrellas. Además, el personal del hotel es muy amable y atento con cada huésped. El desayuno que se ofrece es abundante y variado. El hotel en sí está estratégicamente ubicado para explorar, la mayor parte de lo cual pudimos hacer a pie. ¡Una recomendación absoluta! Peter Rücker

Localização excelente. Quartos da frente muito barunho da rua e elevador. Quartos e hotel em geral muito bom, mas podia ser melhor, com mais cuidados de pintura e conservação. Limpeza dos quartos e banheiro muito boa. Banheira com chuveiro podia ter uma cortina para nao malhar o banheiro. Cafe da manhã é muito bom tbm, parabéns Em fim nada é perfeito, pelo custo e benefício esta muito bommm. Gostamos.

Amplo dormitório, agradável a decoração, mas o que nos surpreendeu negativamente... doi o fato de NÃO TER AR-CONDICIONADO, deixei programado o controle no quarto para a temperatura que queria, e o quarto virou uma sauna, o recepcionista Alejandro recomendou apagar, porque o sistema central estava "seteado" para inverno, e nao nos deu nenhuma solução alternativa, o que o atendente da noite Mario, nos solucionou trazendo um ventilador. UMA PENA, a estadia teria sido muito agradavel, se não fosse o fato do dormitório não ter ar-condicionado, e no anúncio dizia que tinha!

it's a unique property in an eclectic neighborhood it's quiet and comfortable beds, shower took a little patience but was plenty hot I would stay again and recommend it if you want something a little different

Senti falta de uma fachada que desse mais visibilidade ao hotel, que o identificasse mais facilmente. O atendimento tanto no check in quanto no checkout foi ok. O quarto tinha um bom espaço. Ponto positivo pra cama e roupa de cama, dorminos muito bem, mto confortável. A limpeza diária tbm era boa, com troca de toalhas. Há armarios para guardar aa roupas, frigobar e uma tv com mtos canais. O lado negativo pra mim foram dois, mas que nao chegaram a atrapalhar a estadia. O primeiro é aue o piso de madeira a noite fazia mto barulho, se vc quiser levantar pra ir ao banbeiro e sua eaposa ja estiver dormindo é mto provavel que vc a acordará. O outro era que o banheiro nao tinha uma porta propriamente dita que isole o ambiente, então se escuta tudo. A porta do box tbm tem um design que nao veda tudo e isso acaba molhando o baneheiro após o banho. Achei um bom custo benefício. Nao é ao lado das atrações principais, mas com um pouco de disposição vc chega andando no centro.
