Good location in front of the plaza, San Telmo area. Could see a very interesting shop. Staff is friendly and helpful.

安さ重視で予約して見たのですが従業員の方がフレンドリーで良かったです。清潔感はあるのですが部屋の扉の防音がうまくいってないのかロビーの騒音が気になりました。 朝食はバイキング形式で種類は少ないですが個人的には満足しました。 地下鉄駅からは少し歩きますがバスも充実してるので問題ないです。

とても親切なレセプション、色々とアドバイスをいただきました。とても親身になってくれます。部屋はとても綺麗。サンテルモは最高のロケーションです。セキュリティーもしっかりしています。

価格以上、場所が最高です。ただ音が気になる人には少し問題ありかも。あと綺麗なはずの未使用タオルに髪の毛がついていたのを改善してもらえれば本当に最高。

カタコトのスペイン語でも「大丈夫、大丈夫」とたいへん優しく対応していただきました。スタッフさんは時間交代制だったのか3人ほどの方にお会いして、三人ともにあれこれパントマイムを交えつつ質問をしたのですが、いずれの方も親切でした。最寄りの両替所が停電で利用できない旨を伝えたところ、同じレートで両替してくれました。 お部屋も特に不都合ありません。エアコンもシャワーもWifiも問題なく使えます。アメニティはシャンプーとコンディショナー、せっけんとボディクリームがありました。ドライヤーも備え付けであります。 飛行機に乗るために地下鉄の始発と共に出発したので、朝ごはんを食べ損ねたのが残念でした。

Olor desagradable

I will only speak of the condition of room 107, other rooms may not have been in the same shape. The room stunk, there were bugs, the shower was plugged with hair and wouldn’t drain, there was a loose belt (?) that squeaked all night long. If I would have stayed for more than one night I would have checked out and went somewhere else. I checked out too early to try the morning breakfast. The location was super.

Personal muy amable, nos cancelaron el vuelo y nos permitieron quedarnos unas horas sin costo. Además nos llevaron el desayuno a la habitación.

Atendimento excelente. Café da manhã sofrìvel. Instalação antiga e precária.

Prédio antigo, mas com o interior reformado, e conforto condizente com um hotel 3 estrelas. Pessoal da recepção bastante atencioso. Como nosso vôo chegava às 23:40h no AEP, avisamos com antecedência por e-mail, e o pessoal estava nos aguardando para o late check-in.

We chose the hotel because of recommendations of the staff. And they didn’t disappoint us. They were GREAT! Super service 24h/day

Very good and helpful staff. Very good neighborhood. but it is also noisy, in addition to other issues, including structural issues. Not a boutique hotel, not recommended.

Hôtel simple, largement compensé par son emplacement sur la jolie place Dorrego et par l’excellent accueil d’Elisa, qui a été de très bon conseil.

One attendant very helpful with requests. Room NOT as depicted or described. No designer toiletries or tub. Need to describe that room is on two separate floors with bedroom above and bathroom on floor below, very inconvenient!

No control over the AC. The noisiest hotel i’ve ever been in.

The room did not appear as it was on the photos available on the website. The reservation said a twin bed but it was a small single bed. The room was very small. The service was however very good and very friendly. I got used to the very narrow space. The price was good.

Muy buena estadia de una noche con una amiga. Muy bien ubicado para dar vueltas por san telmo, puerto madero y zona de casa rosada. Las instalaciones impecables tanto para aseo como para descansar por la noche. Recomendable para viajes fugaces!

Hotel com excelente localizacao, atendimento dos recepcionistas ótimo, cafe da manhã bem fraco, limpeza ruim, precisa melhorar na unidade habitacional.

Telmho Hotel Positives 1. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Francisco helped us bring in our luggage from the car. 2. The location is mostly a negative. But the area is nice especially if you enjoy shopping for antiquities, jewelry, and handmade goods. 3. The AC worked and kept the room cool. 4. Iceland's ice cream, Cafe del Árbol, the little bakery down the street (both bakeries we're awesome), and Starbucks was not bad. Negatives 1. Noise: the hotel is directly in front of Plaza Dorrego. Every night something was happening and our room faced the plaza. We literally had the worst room. We did not sleep most of the three nights. We started with drunk guys partying to all hours or drumming. 2. It's a small hotel with so-so amenities. The shower leaked everywhere and didn't drain properly. 3. The toilet paper is thin, single ply. 4. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. You're better off going to Starbucks or better yet, pick up a pastry from the bakery down the street on south defensa and a cafe at Cafe del Árbol. Avoid Birra Bar (expensive and food is awful). The pizza place downstairs is overpriced and not very good. 5. There are so many mosquitoes! 6. There is mold in the shower and most likely the room. 7. It's a budget hotel, so buyer beware.
