ゴミ箱が部屋に無く、レジ袋をドアのノブに引っ掛けてティッシュ、レシート、不要になったパンフレット他を一時的に捨て、翌日外出時に通りにあるゴミのコンテナに廃棄した。タオルの交換が3日に一度だけだった。

マシュトツ通りから徒歩5分くらいのところにあり、観光起点になるオペラ劇場やカスカード、共和国広場にも近いが、フロントの対応が最悪。 エチミアジンへ行くためにバスターミナルへの行き方を尋ねると「徒歩30分」（実はバスで10分程度だった）と答えるし、毎月曜日に催行されるゲガルド修道院&ガルニ神殿のツアーに申し込んだので前日に集合時間を確認すると予約されておらず、すでに予約も締め切られていたので自力でなんとかまわった。 バスルームは下水の匂いがするし、3泊したけれどシーツは一度も交換されなかった（ベッドメイクとタオル交換はしてくれる）。 立地はよいので、フロントに情報提供を求めなければコスパはいいと思います。

I liked my stay in city centre hotel. It is located in the very center of the city. They served very tasty breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Price was very good for 2 or 3 days stay.

Very friendly staff. No frills hotel, but centrally located.

Most of the staff was great, but the night receptionist had a bunch of his friends over making a bunch of noise until around 1am. Due to the layout of the hotel,their voices echoed through the stairwell. When I asked them to please keep it down, I was met with sarcastic responses and no attempt to keep the noise down. Would not recommend if you want a good night's sleep.

Fantastic location, super central and walking distance to so many great restaurants and bars. Breakfast was really nice and a huge bonus. Room was a bit small but it was clean and comfortable. It was a bit unorganized in the beginning as I couldn't check in at the designated check-in time because they were "waiting for the laundry". When I finally did get to check in, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom and the duvet was just a pile in the closet. After that, the rest of the stay was quite nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would stay again if I come back to Yerevan

The location is close to the city's main square. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The hotel provides very good airport transfer services and has 24-hour front desk. The free Wi-Fi connection is very good. The room heating system works very well. There are mini fridge and tea maker in the room. The breakfast is good. Due to an early morning flight, the staff prepared me a breakfast box. Overall, the hotel offers very good value for money.

Very good and helpful reception , good location clean Hotel

The central location is the perfect starting point by walk to practically everywhere in the city centre. I had the quiet Superior Double Room with balcony on third floor, which was spacious. TV has a large range of channels (also international), breakfast from 8 till 10:30hrs is decent and enough for the day. Young receptionists are friendly, English speaking and helpful. Prices in February with roughly 20 EUR per night were unbeatable.

Hotel molto vicino al centro (non ho mai preso la macchina o mezzi pubblici per visitare le attrazioni presentiin centro città). Stanza carina e silenzione (avevo una singola), ottimo il rapporto qualità / prezzo (13 euro a notte con colazione). È presente vicino un supermercato 24 ore. Note dolenti il parcheggio (avevo una macchina a noleggio ma non c'era una parcheggio custodito se non i soliti a bordo strada) anche se si trova facilmente. Altra nota dolente il riscaldamento (eccessivamente calda la stanza e non si poteva regolare), ma sono andato a gennaio. Sicuramente ci tornerei e lo consiglio per il prezzo e per la zona. Colazione invece un po' scarna (poco assortimento del dolce, ma più che comprensibile considerando che tutti mangiano salato, in ogni caso più che sufficiente

Centrally located, this budget hotel is the best choice with regards to the value you receive for your money. My Superior Double room with balcony was very spacious, so was the bath room, breakfast offers enough - cold and hot - to start the day. Young friendly and English speaking staff.

Прекрасный небольшой отель в самом центре Еревана, но на тихой улочке. И к Площади Республики (где основные музеи и чудесная архитектура), и к оперному театру, саду при нем, к Каскаду (это вообще потрясающее место с памятником архитектору Таманяну, спроектировавшему новый Ереван) ходу по 10-15 минут. Прекрасные завтраки по утрам, и поблизости есть садик с тремя-четырьмя чудесными кофейнями. Номер небольшой, уютный. Есть и холодильник, и фен, и Вайфай. Только ТВ слегка барахлил. И еще проблема: не так просто найти, в этом месте улица проходит под аркой дома, и не всегда понятно, что туда надо сворачивать.

Excellent room quality, cleanliness and very efficient (most especially Liti (?) who always went the full distance to help in way possible). The complete short visit was a pleasure. Highly recommended.

The hotel was great. A budget hotel for sure, but it was clean, the room had obviously been renovated in the past few years. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was extremely happy that i stayed at this hotel

excellent location, helpful staff, no elevator.....

The entire hotel has a bad odour and the rooms are dated. My bathroom wasn’t even cleaned properly. There was mould on the tiles and the free wifi is terrible. It works for 5 minutes and then it needs to be reset and so on and so forth. I called the reception like 10 times before I decided to just give up! Absolutely would not recommend unless you’re desperate!
