L'hôtel est un hôtel des années 2010 qui marque son temps. Les chambres sentent le tabac terriblement. La décoration fait penser à un hôtel de passe avec un éclairage rouge dans les couloirs. Le petit déjeuner est trop basic. Il est situé loin du centre en bord de voie rapide. Et en plus on paie 100€ la nuit... En Arménie... Bon je fais pas de dessin

The stay was very comfortable. The staff especially Sose were very friendly and nice. WiFi and breakfast spread could be better. Totally recommend the property for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Thank you all once again !!

My husband and I loved it, it was our first trip to Armenia and my choice of the hotel with the view of reasonable prices, great facilities, convenient location if you decide to rent a car to explore the country and be away from the busy traffic and at the same time close enough to get a taxi to the city centre ( £ 1.50 -2.00 by taxi), absolutely lovely staff as helpful as in London hotels of South Kensington area where I have been staying for my training 3-4 nights a month since September. Very clean, bedroom area with TV in the room, also lounge area with another TV, excellent food too, we arrived at 9 pm and ordered from the room service menu, it was cooked from scratch and took 30 mins ( we don't eat fast food) and it was so nice!!!and we were happy with our breakfast too! We travel a lot all over the world and my opinion is if you want and prefer the benefit of 5 star hotels just book one of them which we do all the time but this time it was a spontaneous decision to travel to Armenia and the flight tickets cost already £ 650 each from London so I was happy to find the Green Palace and we never regretted it, and we would like to thank again everyone from the hotel for our wonderful stay there!
