Wry good location very close to downtown. Good restaurants nearby and very nice staff.

Overall, had a good stay at the Olive Hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The location is right next to Republic Square, so in the heart of Yerevan and access to all the main sights. The staff at the hotel were friendly enough. Only issues I had were to do with noise. What people say about the dogs is true, there seems to be a pack of them nearby that love to bark together during the night at random intervals. As much as I love doggos, it is annoying. It is not something the hotel can do anything about, but it is worth flagging. The other issue was to do with inconsiderate neighbours. Some of the rooms have shared balconies with neighbouring rooms. Unfortunately, the group of girls staying in room 402 on Friday 25th April are inconsiderate 🍑holes who like to make lots of noise and move between rooms throughout the hotel at 2am. Again, not necessarily the hotels fault, but then accepting drunken guests comes with these risks, and will impact other guests experiences. Overall, I would recommend staying here!

I would have wanted to like this hotel more than I did. It has a great location so it was easy to get to know Yerevan from there. The room and the bathroom were quite clean. The staff was also nice. But as the most important reason to get a hotel is to sleep it was unfortunately lacking on this end. The sound proofing especially from the out side is non existent. You can hear everything from the streets, street dogs barking, music being blasted from cars or apartments etc. It was difficult to get a good nights sleep even with ear plugs. And my room was towards the yard not towards the streets. On top of the nice the mattress was quite uncomfortable as it did not have a mattress topper so it makes the bed quite hard to sleep on.

Clean and cosy hotel in the centre of Yerevan. Near Republic square,North avenue, many restaurants and cafe,very very good location. And the price the better than a lot of hotels in the centre. And very good staff. Thank you for everything.
