Pretty good. Our room could have been cleaned more thoroughly for the price we paid.

Good 5 night stay at the Eagle Aruba. Rooms were clean and spacious, friendly staff at Tonys Pizza/Bar and nice location with a quick walk to Eagle Beach or Super Food for groceries and their soft serve ice cream which was delicious. Watch out for the iguanas roaming the pool deck! Beds were comfy, but the pull-out sofa wasn't great. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for either cooking a quick meal or reheating leftovers. Pools and hot tubs were generally clean, but pool was not heated at all so temp was probably in the 80's. Still pleasant to swim in when the sun was hitting the pool and the water slide was really fun. With 2 large pools and an adult pool, the resort never seemed crowded as comparted to La Cabana or resorts we saw at Palm Beach. Hot tubs were very warm, but security was very aggressive in keeping kids, even teens, out of the hot tub with an Adults Only policy on both tubs. Even when parents were present and with their children in the hot tub, security reps constantly stopped by to get anyone under 18 out of the tub. Got kind of annoying. Also, security was aggressive about keeping teens out of the gym as well. Beach Tennis access across the street was very cool and be sure to try Double Down for their breakfast burrito or their avocado toast. Look forward to returning again someday.

This resort is good for families. They have everything you need and a 5 min walk to the beach. Would have been nice for more activities in the evening and more food options. I would stay here again

The resort is clean, convenient and perfect for families or couples. The staff are attentive and friendly. It’s a perfect location for Eagle Beach, restaurants and the grocery store. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the hotel was very clean, and the pools were amazing. Everything was well maintained and relaxing. Highly recommend

My original room wasn’t clean and had roaches. I had my JBL Bluetooth stollen and my son’s Valentino cologne stollen as well. Over $250 of items missing and the resort is saying the staff has no clue. We left with items in room and can’t find. I was treated subpar with staff based off the color of my skin. They greeted and service white patrons when I was next in line twice and I had to complain about it . I need assistance from Expedia to assist with the monetary value of my stolen goods. I will never stay here again. If you are of a different race I advise you to stay far away from this resort

The reservation was shown as including breakfast at the time of booking; however, upon arrival, the property informed us that breakfast was not included. This hotel appeared in my search results specifically when I filtered for properties with breakfast, and I booked it without re-verifying at the final confirmation stage. There was no complimentary drinking water available at the property, which was disappointing and not commensurate with the price paid. The property also advertised a shuttle service for beach drop-off, but no such service was provided. Additionally, obtaining towels was inconvenient due to fixed and inflexible timings, which were not customer-friendly. I was also disappointed with the service levels of Hotels.com. The information provided at the time of booking was inaccurate, and it required considerable effort and multiple attempts to obtain clear and correct information from their support team. Given that there are several better beachside properties available in the area, I would skip this property in the future.

The resort location is great, walking distance from Eagle beach, the room design separate living space and bedroom, and kitchen is added bonus. The resort offers great value for money, many options to shop, eat, breakfast, laundry service on every floor. Lots of services on site and staff is courteous- that’s true for most Aruba

The hotel was ok. Front desk not very helpful about recommendations. Rooms were somewhat out dated. Small resort, outside area is nice. Restaurant and Bar staff really friendly. Not many activities at the resort. No night life. I will give the hotel a lot of credit for helping us out when our flight got canceled and had to stay 1 more night. Thumbs up for that.

We had a really nice stay. The hotel wasn't fancy, but it was immaculately clean! Our double bed (2) room was really big with a kitchen and a living room and a balcony. My teen son slept on the couch and i stayed in the bedroom, so we both had privacy. It was like a really big 1 br apartment with a great bathroom and really nice shower. The pools were beautiful and there was a casino across the way and a FoodTown less than a 5 minute walk (buy groceries to save on Aruba's pricey meals at least for breakfast/lunch). Staff was very nice and the gorgeous beach was just a few minutes walk on a nice path. Wish they could have given us the extra hour before our transfer came to the airport but overall a wonderful stay and one of the lower cost places we could find.

Great stay. The property is well maintained with a variety of services on site. The staff were all very nice and made for a pleasant stay. While the hotel is not ocean front, this allowed it to be quiet at night and a peaceful getaway with Eagle beach and several great dining options just one block away. Within 2 blocks even more options.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Anything we needed, they were prompt with. We would definitely go back!
