　築10年位でしょうか？少し古さは感じますが滞在には問題有りませんでした。 のんびりするには最適です。 　ホテルでは有りませんのでフロントも無いです。（チェックインの予定時間にはスタッフが待ってくれています） ですので何かあれば直ぐ対応とは言い難いですが（問題は無かったです）朝から夜まではスタッフが常駐していますので心配は要らないと思います。 ホテルライフがお好きな方やレンタカー利用でない方はお薦め出来ませんが 私は計5回目のアルバ滞在でしたが次回もここに宿泊するつもりです。

I loved everything

Great communication, nice WiFi; I loved my room. Hiccups. Pool cleaning needs more attention. Housekeeping is not paying attention to detail. Overall, it is a beautiful property and it was a lovely stay.

It was so easy and we gelt like we were in our own home, sat at pool all alone, very quiet easy in and out!

Nice accommodation, very spacious, however the wind caused the awning on top of the roof create terrible noise at night and therefore bad sleep condition.

We had a great stay! Even though there are mutiple rooms we never saw the patio/pool area crowded. We had the pool suite and it was spacious with a kitchen and a nice seating area outside. The housekeeper was very nice and attentive and the check in/out process was seamless. It is on a great area close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely be back abd recommend them 100%.

10/10. What a little gem. Peaceful, quiet and accommodating. We had a short stay but just great. Tips - white appartment would be good for longer stays or if you want to eat in as it has full kitchen and kitchen plates, utensils etc. Having a car is ideal if you want to go around the island but not a deal breaker as walking to beach and restaurant options just over 10 mins. Mostly deal with the hosts by email and they have staff on business hrs to help with check in. If you are rigid and need a hotel with front desk…look elsewhere, but you would miss out on a special little place.

Localizado a poucos minutos a pé de palm beach e próximo às praias para praticar windsurf. Instalações em perfeito estado e muito aconchegante. Sra Blanca deixava tudo em perfeitas condições de limpeza sempre que necessário. Cadeiras e toalhas de praia disponíveis, além de cooler. Supermercado e locadora de carro a 600m. Tivemos uma excelente temporada.

Surprised my fiance for his 40th by staying at this really beautiful Airbnb like hotel. The grounds was clean, the area was quiet! We had the Moroccan room and it was so dope! My fiance was very happy and impressed. We were just 5 mins from the strip and every other convenient places we need to be. We truly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were lovely! Will stay here again in the future!

This was a fabulous place to stay. Our first trip to Aruba, and the walk to the beach was under 10 min. We were able to walk to a variety of restaurants on the water and in the tourist / hotel area just off the beach. Blanco greeted us when we arrived. The pool / patio area was very quiet ~ and they provide beach chairs and coolers for any excursions you may want to do. We would love to come back

Amazing spot. So easy to walk to beach and dining. We like to walk and didn’t need to rent a car.

This property was very clean, and was exactly what i'd hoped it would be. I'll be back for certain. I enjoyed the "lukewarm" tub which is very refreshing after a day in the sun.

No formal check-in, Bianca the housekeeper was extremely polite but unfortunately doesn't speak much english, phone translator solved that issue. If one doesn't have cellphone service in Aruba it is impossible to get a taxi or call anyone/make restaurant reservations.
