Room was always clean — the turn down service is what I looked forward to. The food was fresh and delicious — prepared and served efficiently. Staff were incredible — white glove service everywhere you were and everyone was so happy and good vibes.

Dinner at BLT was excellent, great exec room facing the ocean. Very pretty. Beach front was well maintained and controlled for being service orientated for drinks and food. Room was big and comfortable as was the king bed. Things were clean and we saw and experienced good roaming security so we felt safe. The ritz might be a bit more in price but well worth the experience staying in Noord versus in the town of Oranjestad. The big cruise boats unload thousands of people and the streets parking and hotels are packed. Better to stay north and have a private beach.

Cleanliness, High level of service by the entire staff. Ultimate Hotel for our intimate Wedding /Honeymoon. Their wedding planner Naomi made our Special Day magical!

I had no issues with anything. The one thing that stood out was the property. Beautiful hotel.

We had some great pool and beach servers, Jean Carlo, Smily and Brandon were fantastic and we visited them almost every day for our week on property. Despite being in an executive suite, the room unfortunately had some shortcomings with hair on the carpets and we found a pretty large bug. With a 7 month old on our trip we spent time on the floor playing. The hallways also needed a pretty good vacuum. Overall we had a good trip and the location, staff and amenities were good for our trip with a child.

I don’t normally give 5stars for hotel stays but the Ritz is by far the exception! The staff was beyond terrific! Every single person we came in contact w made us feel welcome, special and pampered! We especially loved the pool and cabana staff! Shaniqua and Jean Carlo were standouts! Also, Andrew and Jensen in the sushi bar. Superb!!

We had a lovely stay and I found nearly all of the staff to be very welcoming and engaging. The one exception was the hostess at the steakhouse on Friday evening. Maybe she was having a bad evening. We took a quick look at the menu and went elsewhere. In contrast, the staff near the pool and the adjacent dining area were fabulous.

Absolutely incredible experience. 10/10 service! everyone is extremely friendly and ready to help with a big smile!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Stay at The Ritz-Carlton Aruba My husband and I stayed here for a week and were really disappointed, especially for a Ritz-Carlton property. We booked through Expedia with our Amex Platinum Card, expecting breakfast to be included—it wasn’t, and no one offered a clear reason why. We were also charged unexplained extra fees, and to make matters worse, staff entered our room without permission on multiple occasions—once to bring a baby crib we hadn’t requested, and another time to deliver a fridge while we were on the balcony. This felt like a serious privacy issue. The food and drinks were extremely overpriced, and overall the experience did not justify the cost. The property is pretty, but we expected much better service, transparency, and respect for guests’ privacy. We would not stay here again.
