立地も良く景色が最高でした

私は２３階の角部屋だったので３方向の素晴らしい景色を体験できました。テレビは映画チャンネルが見られました。他には冷蔵庫、食洗機、オーブン、電子レンジ、IHコンロ、電気ポット、洗濯機、乾燥機など。欠点は、テレビ画像やインターネットがフリーズすることと、設備全体が古いことです。

とても良かったです！また行く機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。

22階で、窓から海しか見えない！ という最高の眺めでした。目の前から朝日も月も上り、夕焼けも綺麗でした。左にサーファーズパラダイス、右に国立公園の丘が臨めます。バーレーヘッズの街での買い物や食事にはちょっと歩くけど、海辺の散歩としていい距離。バス停がすぐなので、あちこち出かけるにも便利。すぐ前に新しいコンビニのようなものがオープン間近でした。屋外に加え、屋内プールとジャクジーがあるのが決め手でしたが正解。もちろん、海で泳いだり、サーフィンしたりして、そのまま帰ってくるにも便利。フロントの人がいる時間は限定されてるので、チェックアウトやイン、鍵のトラブルには気をつけて。一回エレベータが故障して22階を狭い階段で降りたことはありましたが(汗)。朝早く到着でしたが、荷物預かってくれて、頼んだら部屋が空き次第入れてくれました。10泊で、トイレットペーパーやゴミ袋、洗剤類の補充、リネンやタオルの交換は真ん中で一回でした。あとは自分で。また行くことがあれば、迷わず予約します。日用品は持ってってもいいかも。アメニティはシャンプー、コンディショナー、液体石鹸のみです。部屋にもジャクジーあります。駐車場も便利。

宿泊４８時間前までにチェックインの連絡をする必要があったのですが、電話での英語のやり取りに自信がなくメールで行いました。すぐに返事を頂き、チェックインができていることを確認しました。ただ、到着したのが１月１日で、１５時を少し過ぎていただけなのにフロントは終了していて鍵の受け取り方法がわからずあせりました。結局フロントの電話から案内にかけ、ルームナンバーを聞き、そのメールボックスに鍵が入っているとわかりました。そのことをチェックインのメールで知らせてくれていたら、と思いました。 その後会ったフロントスタッフのカロリーナさんは、メールをくれた本人で、日本語がとても上手で、親切でした。

Amazing views, spacious, fantastic location!

Poorly maintained and dirty. Mouldy blinds, dirty walls and doors, stained carpets, stained bedding, holes or poorly patched holes in walls, missing tiles and cracked bathtub. We were not told there was construction until after booking. We were told there was construction due to the tram / light rail. However there was also construction on 2 buildings in front of the property. They should take updated photos of the view and condition of the property.

24C a little tired. Fridge and oven could do with a clean but overall not too bad. Great views and location. Beach directly across the road, easy walking distance to cafes some very nice restaurants.

The apartment is in a great spot. The block facilities are great. The apartment itself was large and light. The kitchen was great but the bathrooms were a bit old and grotty and the lounge was in need of refresh. We would definitely stay in the block again.

The apartment complex is in a wonderful location. The 2 bedroom apartment was well appointed and extremely spacious. When the light rail is completed this will be a fantastic place to explore the entire Goldie. We stayed for.a special birthday weekend. I thought I'd splash out and book the executive level. As our flights were late, the reception was closed when we arrived. They have a lock box, which is easy to use. Our issue was the executive level starts at level 5. This is not pictured in the photos, which show ocean views from every window. Instead, we looked straight into mega construction, which also started cluncking away at 6am, The complex did send us a message to let us know there was some construction, the day after we booked. I spoke with reception about the disappointment the next morning. They were indifferent. It's. nice place in a great location and there are soooo many other options if you're looking for peace and views.

Room was not clean and had to request a cleaner to clean shower due to mould everywhere. Found dirty tissues and used cotton bud from orevious guests. Dont believe apartment is of executive statusl. Furniture, equipment, kitchen appliances and utensils were very outdated. Good location but definitely not an executive apartment.

C parking was easy room was old tired run down carpet worn out and dirty ,bathroom was old rust around taps bathrooms sinks were delaminating ,kitchen was poorly fitted Construction going on ,on all sides noise was constant,could not sit on balcony or by pool because of this not worth the cost

Great view of the beach and heads. Easy access to pools and beach, and short walk to shops and restaurants.

The unit was exactly as advertised. Clean and a great location. Unfortunately the new condo was being constructed directly in front of our view and although the work didn’t obstruct our view the crane and operator was directly at our level on the 23rd floor. Fortunately we were out and about during most of the work hours. Just needed to be a little careful from 6 am to 7:30 am before we left for the day.

Great location, clean room!

No obstruction of the beach. The only issue is that the unit on arrival was not in the expected clean condition. Property Manager was not made aware of this matter until departure

Carpets in the apartment were disgusting with stains, all carpet flooring needs replacing immediately with some type of hard flooring. The carpet also had not been vacuumed properly and there was visible dirt and hair. View was impeded by large crane in construction site in front of balcony. There was a lot of construction noise and loud tradie’s music blaring with the exception of Sunday. 1/4 of the outdoor pool was taped off with safety tape incase something was dropped from the next door construction site. I would avoid this property until surrounding construction was completed and until the flooring issue is addressed.
