The check-in was easy to understand, staff were absolutely lovely and the room was clean + tidy, the size of the room was perfect for me and super comfortable - would go back again in the near future in my travels

A door on the bathroom of the spa rooms is needed. No privacy when using the toilet.

our room was very close to the main highway and we had truck noise all night. neighbouring room was noisy and kept kicking or banging something into the connecting door. Air con took half the night to cool the room down. Suggestion would be to turn the air conditioning on when the day the bookjing is received so that the room is nice and cool on arrival of their guests. Positive note is that after a 10 hour drive we were met with a nice complimentary nibbles plate.

Did an overnight stop over. Room was clean & comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Staff were friendly.

Really liked the reversible sign that could be stuck to the window so say whether the room was to be serviced or not. Also loved the sustainability of the multi use shampoo, conditioner and lotion bottles. Great work.

The rooms are fairly nice and comfortable and even have room makeup service if staying on. I wasn't particularly impressed with the amount of dirt on the entrance to the rooms. Its not hard to quickly run around with a blower to send the dirt back to the outside of the verandah. There ar bins supplied outside for emptl cans etc along with rubbish bins placed in several spots . The parking is undercover and I did see some tradie trucks parked underneath. Along with acres of room in front and becide for truck trailer parking. Great restaurant on site with bar. Overall I definitaly will saty again. Especcially as Mount Isa has very limited classy ecomodation and this place has it all. You need a vehicle if you want to head into town,

We were very pleased with our pet friendly room. The bed was very comfortable. The property seemed to be very well organised. We booked the restaurant for both nights and the food was excellent. The staff were welcoming at reception and restaurant - thank you

Cleanest and nicest amenities in our last 7000km

Bed was to soft had a bow in it . Very noisy due to someone drilling in the wall. This is the second time this has happened.

Very clean and friendly helpful staff. Will definitely be staying again.

Very clean rooms. Super comfy beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Arrived late after the kitchen had closed. The staff very kindly opened again to make a pizza for the kids. Highly recommend
