Bed smells terrible, less towels and they left garbage which former guest used. I am not sure they clean y romom before we checked in. We won’t recommend this accommodation sadly.

部屋は大変広く快適でした。キッチン等含めてすべてそろっています。フロントの方の対応は大変よかったです。部屋までのエレベータがなかったので少し大変でした。近くの千と千尋でのモデルとなった桟橋や海底水族館はよかったです。

The room was in good condition, clean Every day there was a service and, if necessary, towels and kitchen towels were changed, the bed linen was tightened. The staff were friendly

Shower recess is very small

Check was delayed 30 min waiting for room tobe checked,cleaned. Breakfast menu good & resteraunt exelent.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. Room & general facilities are a little dated, but it served our purpose fine. Location was great.

Absolutely amazing hotel, will definitely stay here again

Staff were lovely. Room was very noisy with furniture being moved in the room above us. First, occupants scraping chairs on the floor (dining table I presume) then cleaners in the morning moving furniture / beds to clean. No room service to apartments that you pay a hefty rate for. You have to go and pick up your meals yourselves. Wouldn't stay again for the price. Not value for money despite the reputation.

Good location

Upon arriving at the reception it was quite busy and we had to wait awhile to be served. The staff member was ok and talked us through some information. we had a one bedroom apartment which was situated on the first floor. Our view was looking into the carpark and not the swimming pool/garden area. when we asked a staff member if it was possible to change our room to the swimming pool/garden area we were told quite abruptly no and we should of requested a room with that view when we booked, we did explain that we did not realise that we had to. the apartment was quite clean and tidy but very dated, there was rust around the shower cubicle and a kitchen door hanging off its hinges. we opened our bedroom window only for the winder to break and when we pulled back the blind one section came off. we did report this and a maintenance man came and fixed it for us. I can not comment on any of the facilities, such as breakfast or dining experiences as we chose not to use any. We found this resort very underwhelming which was a shame.

Bed needs updating springs worn out mattress moves sideways every time you or your partner moves. Heated inside pool not very warm for being heated and indoors. Good location and kitchen facilities. No room service only take away pick up that is very pricey.

The linen truck blocks access to parking must improve this

Check in was rushed , wasn’t explained very well where our room was located , spent 15 minutes looking for it. Room was outdated for price . Bed was too soft did speak to the duty manager as I have a bad back, house keeping came to room with a white looking doona that had yellow stains over it and was told that was a mattress topper , house keeping were shocked at condition of it as she pulled out of a black garbage bag, then maintence came to our room with a big square piece of wooden board , stripped the bed sheet off , place wood on top of mattress and put sheet on top . That was so hard my partner took it off and went and saw duty manager he said best he could do as all mattresses are the same , he said no one had ever complained about the matresses been soft before . Dinner valentines night waited 90 minutes for food , food was below average , looked at 13 dirty tables during our visit , staff member was rude, when paying our bill the lady asked if “ I had calm down and wanted to talk . My reply was no and headed to to the duty manager. I did also make a written complaint to the Abbey and they replied but didn’t really care , for the money we paid for a 2 night stay , very disappointing. Would not go back .

The room was clean and comfortable, how they are getting tired. Water in the fridge would be a good addition on arrival.
