Thank you so much for the free upgrade, the $10 pantry voucher and especially for everyone who knows how cold it is in Canberra, It was si amazing to walk into my upgraded room and it was so toasty and warm!! Thank you for the welcoming warmth to be greeted with!!

チェックインがフロント時間外になっても、玄関の外にあるセキュリティボックスに部屋のカードキーを入れておいてくれました。ボックスの暗証番号は携帯にメールで届きました。
部屋にはキッチンや電子レンジの他、洗濯機もあるので、長期滞在の方にも向いているかと思います。
ホテルの隣には遅くまで空いているレストラン&バーやピザ屋さん、ケンタッキーや、24時間営業のマクドナルドもあります。

周辺が新しいショッピングモールなので 便利でした。部屋も広くベッドもキングサイズで快適でした。
ドアが薄いのか？廊下でおしゃべりしていた人の声で夜中に目を覚まして眠れませんでした。

Only issues was the air con unit remote didn’t work so was hard to control temperature.
Place itself was great and we got a free upgrade.
Staff on check in and check out were great.

Room smelt of cooking oil upon entry. Stains on the duvet, could have been blood discovered at the end of our stay.
However the location was great; close to shops and eateries. And there was a washing machine combined with a dryer.
Abode is a chain of hotels and I would hesitate to stay at others.

Stayed in the family room. Nicely decorated. Great small kitchen. Decent sized small fridge. Excellent heater. Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Helpful staff - very generous with towels, milk, tea and hit choc sachets, tissues etc. Washer and fast dryer in bathroom was so good!! Only negatives: not a smart tv and only a rain shower - no hand held.

Started off great with a free room upgrade. However the pillows were uncomfortable and the hot water in the shower lasted about 90 seconds. Which is a problem when it’s -1°C when you wake up in Canberra.
