周辺が新しいショッピングモールなので 便利でした。部屋も広くベッドもキングサイズで快適でした。 ドアが薄いのか？廊下でおしゃべりしていた人の声で夜中に目を覚まして眠れませんでした。 音の問題が無ければ 快適です！

キャンベラの中心部からは少し離れていますが（約15km）、車だと20分ほどで着きます。ホテル周辺は新興住宅街となっており、キレイな街並みです。お店も多く便利です。 チェックインがフロント時間外になっても、玄関の外にあるセキュリティボックスに部屋のカードキーを入れておいてくれました。ボックスの暗証番号は携帯にメールで届きました。 部屋にはキッチンや電子レンジの他、洗濯機もあるので、長期滞在の方にも向いているかと思います。 ホテルの隣には遅くまで空いているレストラン&バーやピザ屋さん、ケンタッキーや、24時間営業のマクドナルドもあります。

Very good location and easy walk to the centre of Gungahlin. It has a good restaurant attached to the motel or clubs with 5 minute walk.

Stayed in a room with one king bed and two singles with our grandchildren. Staff were outstanding, room was set up as requested, amazingly well equipped, plenty of free parking... the only negative thing you could possibly say is that the room needed upkeep - the lounge upholstery had a noticeably torn arm and the room needs painting. However, it's priced appropriately and we would stay again in the same circumstances.

The design is terrible from an access point of view. I asked specifically for a ground floor room when I called and was told the room I had was first floor but no problem as there is a lift. There is but one still has to get luggage from the lower floor car park up a floor manually to get to the lift. You can’t drive up to the entry. Terrible!

Parking was good, high roof so was able to fit my small truck under. Modern place close to everything. Great pub attached to hotel.

A real help and handy during a move of house

Room was as excellent, clean functional …free wifi…. Only thing was, make sure you have your streaming apps ready to go to cast to the tv…. We didn’t, which was a problem, will be prepared for next time

I made a special request for two separate beds and that request did not happen. I was given bedding to make up my own.

We have stayed here before but would not want to stay in the same room (25) again. The neighbours in the adjoining room were noisy and disturbed our sleep with their loud talking, especially when they returned to their room at 1.15am. The walls are thin and extra noise comes through the connecting door. Reception was very helpful and friendly on our arrival

Nice size family room, however needs more attention to detail in the room. Ie our room was missing pans to cook, the hair dryer was broken, missing a few glasses. Also our room wasn't cleaned despite putting the sign up asking for a clean. However the location was really good, right next to restaurants, fast food, shopping, public transport, rooms were clean. The help yourself cupboard for supplies ie teas, milk, towels etc is a great idea!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and professional. The location was great, close to shops, clubs and located in the heart of Gungahlin township.

Great place. Super comfortable pillows and bed. TV easy to operate. Wifi worked first go. Spacious and clean. 2 minute walk to restaurants. Will defo stay here again.

This hotel is poorly planned and laid out . Reception and entry to the upper level is at one end of a long building which means luggage must travel that distance . The hotel just felt poorly planned and difficult in most respects .

Rooms are very clean and the beds and linene are amazing! We have stayed here every year for since it opened and we take our dog with us. Great lake nearby and we have family around the corner. Parkingnis easy and Woollies across the road
