ウエストフィールドのショッピングモールに近く、ウルワースやコールズの大型スーパーマーケットもあり、とても便利です。

特に問題はありませんでした。

部屋にはキッチンや洗濯機等が付けられていて、長期滞在可能なように設計されている。また、近くには大きなショッピングセンターがあるため、生活しやすかった。フロントの対応も親切だった。また利用したい。

Room Type: Deluxe Studio, 4th floor (upgraded from King Studio). Not too noisy. Very good value. Nights Stayed: 6 Location: 5/5. Very close to Woden Shopping Centre (which has Coles, Woollies, Hoyts movie theatre & lots of shops) and the Hellenic Club, lots of food choices nearby. Bedroom: 4/5. Bed was firm, very comfortable. Side tables with lamps on both sides. Room very dark at night. Limited hanging storage. Had iron & (small) ironing board. Staff: 4/5. Good. Assisted with extending stay by two days. Lifts: 5/5. 3 quick lifts. Shower: 3/5. Rainfall style. Good heat but limited strength. Laundry Facilities: 3.5/5. Combined w/machine and dryer. No clothes drying rack. Kitchen: 3.5/5. Fine. Mini Fridge, oven, stove top and microwave, toaster and kettle. Half sized dishwasher. Limited cutlery. General Room Conditions: 4/5. Clean. Only two chairs, one with small coffee table, the other with desk. Airconditioning was fine. Also, Expedia site said that access to a nearby Gym (at discount) was available – this is not the case, only applies for Abode Belconnen, apparently). No. 10 Restaurant on the ground floor was fine, reasonable selection of food (I only had breakfast there).

Overall okay but not good value for money. The room was okay. Good to have a kitchen and washer. Amenity is good with Westfield close by. However the property was poorly maintained. There was almost no housekeeping. They said you can only have housekeeping on every fourth day. Rubbish was out there for two days without being collected. Room was very noisy. There was a constant squeeking noise from the lifts. The lifts are very loud and shaking and need service. The TV screen kept flashing and cannot connect. The air con broke on the last night. It kept resetting itself without being able to control temperature. Wifi was very poor and keeps disconnecting. There is literally no facility in this hotel. No gym or swimming pool. Very boring. Buffet breakfast is expensive. The cafe isn't worth the money.

very nice location to stay clean room and friendly staff

We had a spacious twin room with kitchenette on the second floor. It was clean apart from the grout in the bathroom which needed a good scrub. The beds were comfortable but there were some plumbing noises from our apartment and others nearby that were disruptive during the night. The windows are not double glazed so traffic noise particularly from buses outside was audible until fairly late at night. We stayed on the Easter weekend and took advantage of the free parking across the road on weekends and public holidays. The hotel is just a short walk from a large shopping centre so was convenient for transport and provisions.

Help if you give CIT students a better rate

The room was as expected, lack of next to bed power points for charging devices, Shower head is a lovelly rain one but is not ideal for showering without getting hair wet and not adjustable.

I liked its position, the restaurant / breakfast cafe was great. The property was quiet with no noise from the outside world, which was very restful.

Dryer didn't work. Loud building noises all through the night. Uncomfortable and cheap bed.

Dryer did not work. Old room with lots of scuffs and scratches. Missing paint. Seemed like student accommodation.

Ac made weird noises all night. After hours check in was a disaster with the reception guy not answering the phone or emails all day when I was trying to organise.

We are return customers. Like staying here as very convenient location especially to hospital and public transport. This time stayed in room with kitchenette - excellent kitchen and laundry facilities. Thank you for the great accommodation.

Not four stars by any stretch - Room cramped, only one chair, some power outlets and microwave not working (reported but not fixed), no room cleaning/towels etc on second day, shower in need of a makeover

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. could not sit on it or sleep on it. The bed is designed wrong, the mattress is uncomfortable and the pillows are paper thin.
