Perfect stay - clean, fabulous location, reasonable price, easy and cheap parking, friendly staff!! The whole building had a fresh, clean smell as soon as you walked in the door!!
Room was warm which was appreciated on a cold Canberra winter night!
Ideal for us - 5 minute drive to Canberra Hospital, Hellenic Club across the road, Westfield practically next door!
Only negative was the shower flooded out the bathroom!! Not sure if our room may have been designed for disabled access to shower or if there was a design fault but only dry spot was on top of the toilet !!!
Despite that, we will be staying here again soon - and check the shower situation!!!

部屋にはキッチンや洗濯機等が付けられていて、長期滞在可能なように設計されている。また、近くには大きなショッピングセンターがあるため、生活しやすかった。フロントの対応も親切だった。また利用したい。

Good location but wouldn't stay again. Photos through Expedia must have been taken when the property was refurbished many years ago because the reality was a very tired hotel. Chips in the joinery, no exhaust fan extremely average small TV that was problematic to operate. Dirty carpet. No parking aside from pay-to-park council parking. Free overnight but limited to four hours between 8.30 and 5.30. No block out blinds. Terrible AC. Really noisy and a horrible screech from the water system everything a neighbour used the tap.
Very disappointing stay in a tired old property that is misrepresented in online booking sites.

Stayed here a couple of times recently. The room itself is nice and comfortable. Location is great, very near to the Hellenic ands Southern Cross clubs and Westfield. There are a few down sides though. The shower has both times had previous guests hair - gross. Check in has been a little troublesome each time - reception is not well manned after hours, staff often out smoking or otherwise occupied. There’s always a guest having some issue dealt with. The lift is problematic and slow, either passes don’t work or need getting used to the delay. We were evacuated for false fire alarm 20 minutes after falling asleep on the most recent visit - seems their kitchens are not well ventilated and trigger the alarm regularly. Kids are traumatised. Bunk beds are very noisy at the slightest movement. Bodega at reception is welcome, for last minute supplies. Will stay again, but wife has given a final warning in the hair in the shower.

They upgraded my room with bunk beds.
Not sure how that’s an upgrade when i was travelling solo for business, had they gave me a lounge, then I guess that’s an upgrade.
Showers definitely needed a good clean, mould was evident

Lovely spacious and clean room. Large modern bathroom. Liked mini kitchen with washing machine facility. Restaurant good, but a little "canteen" like and annoyingly smokers going outside constantly leaving door open. Only other gripe was the silly TV. I just wanted to see some "free to air" news. Annoying.

The restaurant staff are hopeless, forgot one of our orders. Food was nice, but small serving. We went to the bar/restaurant the first night, staff were terrible, same with the atmosphere.
In our rooms, cups and glasses were in a high cupboard that I could not reach.
Parking was fine across the road, better than I thought it would be.

The only think is can you please put a couple more t-bags and coffee in the rooms then I don't have to ask for more as I feel awkward asking for more or going to the foyer cupboard to help myself
everything else and breakfast was great - we were looking to have dinner at the restaurant on Saturday night but it was closes so we had to go elsewhere

The room was adequate for two people, the cleanliness was a bit touch and go but generally o.k. The cafe/restaurant was good value and quite an extensive menu.
Parking is a problem in that it is a pay car park opposite the premises with a 4 hour limit from 8.30 am until 5.30 pm weekdays. Free on weekends. Overall a convenient and pleasant place to stay.
