Strict adherence to a 3pm check in is both archaic and annoying. Our stay included a free bottle of wine which was not forthcoming requiring a trip to reception. The property is very well located but is getting a bit tired. The $32 breakfast was one of the poorest we have ever had, far below the previous days breakfast at the Airport Novotel

The apartments are in a great location in the Darwin waterfront precinct, with water activities and restaurants right there, and a short walk or e-scooter ride to the main town centre. The apartment had good aircon and a nice outlook. The facilities are adequate without being fancy and there is a good kitchen and full-size fridge allowing for self-catering. Would stay here again.

The place is really well located on the water front and the apartment room was spacious but the check in process was appalling. We were queued for almost an hour as there was a computer update issue and apparently this had been a problem on and off for a week. They needed to put on extra staff to help book people in. I felt for the staff as they were under pressure but a manager needed to step in and help out. Also there was no changing of towels or making of the bed for the first 2 days.

We arrived at midnight and stayed until the following day. The front desk staff were excellent and very helpful. Unfortunately, our room was not good. The smell of stale cigarette smoke and mould permeated the whole suite. It was so late that we didn't bother asking for a room change.

Travelled from Europe. Requested a room with a view on high floor. Got a room on ground floor with view to a parking lot. Poor customer service… Room not clean. Not offered housekeeping during our stay. AC to loud. Not adjustable. Old and worn furnitures. Pool is cold old and small. Worst of all was the odour from weed around us. Bathroom tiles have black mould &glass and bottle wine on balcony when I walk into room & unfinished glass of drink!!! Air conditioning was very noisy…… By lifts, passageway and around room 236-238 was a real mouldy smell Yucky This hotel has detoriated!!! Disappointing
