お昼時にフロントに用があったのですが、スタッフが不在で、私たちを含めて他にも待ってらっしゃる方がいた。 施設が素晴らしいので、フロントスタッフで評価を下げるのは惜しい。

Kind staff, great room with a modern bathroom which was also roomy and with a great kitchen with everything you need.

A great hotel with easy parking, very comfortable bed, small but perfectly laid out bathroom and friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely use again if need to stay in that area.

Highly recommend a stay at Adina Pentridge. What a fabulous precinct with many cafes and eateries. The wine bar and restaurant was amazing. Good, new, clean hotel. I would definitely stay again.

Damien (Duty Manager) and his staff are awesome!!! They ALWAYS look after me and the rooms are immaculate. I love how they remember my name and offering personal touch and kindness. I love coming here and the facilities and location is amazing. Thank you

Great value for money

Had a hot shower for about 30 min which created alot of stem as i enjoy hotter than usual shower with ne t to no cold and when i opened bathroom door the smoke alarm went off becoz of the stem. I dont smoke. The staff came down to inspect i told them what happened and now they accused me off coveri g the alarm n smoking becoz they didnt believe me mind u i had a 4 yr old with me yet they told me i couldnt stay any longer and took my deposit, banned both me n my partner who has stayed there on weekly basist and knew quite well and knew he didnt smoke either. Very disapointed

Amazing and very clean

A lovely stay thank you. The balcony view was terrific from floor 9 and the history and culture of Pentridge was amazing. What a great way to preserve such an historical building

Very nice experience - top floor room with a view of the city. Exceptional service from the front desk. Easy to get to with public transport. Lovely facilities with a restaurant, wine bar and pool ind the underground of the old prison. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Melbourne

The staff absolutely make this place, its a brilliant locations with markets and shopping, breweries and tours etc. all at your doorstep, the hotel is lovely, but honestly the staff make this place what it is, they are collectively some of the loveliest people we have ever encountered, knowledgeable, happy and go out of their way to help.

Excellent accommodation and service - great location

The uniqueness of the original Pentridge property was so interesting. The availability of shopping/movie/dining precinct was great. My only issue is that i think $19 per night for parking in addition to the hotel rate is a little steep, especially is an area so far from the city, making a car a necessity.

Easy parking, staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room could be cleaner; toenails and hairs in the bathroom and the grout doesn’t appear to ever have been cleaned properly.

Very noisy rooms on the 2nd floor/ front of building - with 3 roads converging and the tram station outside. We requested a room change - we were moved to a TINY apartment on the 2nd floor - despite paying for a PREMIER APARTMENT and the building having 9 LEVELS. The only view from our small living room was a large bank of solar panels and roof vents directly outside our window. The aircon panel in our room did not work - we couldn't control the room temperature. The aircon kept turning on very cold - over several days we had to keep asking reception staff to remotely turn it off - I got up out of bed twice one night to go down to reception to ask them to remotely turn off the freezing aircon fan!! Very frustrating!!! One day we went to reception to collect a special tag to access the pool - however, Police were interviewing reception staff in the foyer and we weren't able collect the tag or have a swim. All up - a very disappointing experience.

Great place to stay close to where we want to be in Melbourne and close to our family easy access to cafes and restaurants just easy for us

Great location nice property. Prison done up very well. Room service definitely needed improving ok when it was done but missed out 2 days when sign on the door at 10am and when requested it asked what would I like done? On day of checking out which is 11am room service came at 9 am hoping I had already left ( should have checked with reception) Would have preferred a buffet breakfast not a menu, stayed 5 days menu got a bit boring.

The hotel was in an excellent location, staff super friendly and the whole stay was brilliant.
