The property has been renovated for the last couple of years and still haven't finished it. Bathroom ceiling unfinished, No exhaust fans in bathroom/Toilet, Air Conditioner blows straight onto your bed so you can't sleep. Railway on one side and main Road on the other so quite noisy if your a light sleeper

No hot water for the shower.

Currently undergoing renovations. Updated room. Awesome shower, comfy bed.. Got an upgrade on arrival.. Will definitely stay again..

Great for what we wanted a overnight quick stop

The air conditioner was at least 50 year old and very noisy. Being renovated and workers working all day on a Sunday with drilling going on all day till 5:00pm Night diesel trains very noisy. Never again at this one

Middle of town

We did not stay once we saw the room. The room was smelly, dirty and in extremely poor condition. The air con was broken, curtains hanging off the tracks. The outsie area was dirty. We asked for different room and was only offered an extra blanket which didnt address the real concern.

Near the highway

Was conveniently located on my route so best solution for overnight stay when heading down Newell Highway to Melbourne. Only negative was room was stuffy requiring airing out when first opened. Overall good for price.

Cheap and cheery

Found it very rundown, bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, stains on the bed covers, the bathroom/toilet door squeaked so much when you had to go to the toilet in the middle of the night I'm sure the neighbours heard it, the traffic, cars, train etc was so loud you couldn't sleep and on top of that there was a drunk guy talking on the phone between 2.00am and 4.00am so I don't think anyone got sleep, the owners should have come out and told him to get lost or keep it down. Never again

half the hooks on the curtains missing..curtains hanging off rails How hard is it to replace runners? very old and tired decor...if you are paying over $110 a night it needs to be a whole lot better than this...the whole place is rundown and shambolic. Disgraceful in this day and age
