前にレインフォレストのホテルを予約していましが、急にサイクロンがきて、使えないとのメールがホテルからきたので、出発前日にここのスタジオ オーシャンピューを予約しましたが、エアコンが壊れている事を言いますと、すぐに修理してもらい快適に過ごす事ができました。難を言えば、エレベーターがないのでわ3階までの荷物の上げ下ろしが大変でした。

Good mid tier hotel - only negative... we had to PAY to get two towels for the POOL!!

Was a very basic room even though refurbished! Toilet non stop noisy! Manager very nice and helpful regarding restaurants and when no teaspoons etc in room was up very promptly.

No elevator for three flights of stairs. Dirty pool. Refrigerator in room didn't work properly. Nobody at front desk most of the time. Hot tub was cold. Was not given the oceanfront room we booked.

Great space, location and friendly staff. Happy to stay here again

As a family we we were very happy with our stay the room was amazing and very central to everything.Great value for money

It as hard to find the rubbish bins outside Our frying pan had a loose handle The vertices blind kept falling apart when opened or closed. Water was not very hot in the shower. Too many stairs to haul luggage up and down.

Great location , friendly staff Unfortunately shower not ideal over a big spa bath which you had to step into Sliding door to wardrobe off runners, blind to windows broken …

Jo was friendly and very approachable , lovely and quiet place to stay at and close to the beach, and walkable to a lot of places to eat at and shop at. Fully recommend people to go and stay there. Cheers Craig from New Zealand

Alassio is in a great position, close to restaurants and shops. Our bed was comfy and the room clean, quiet and safe. Be aware when booking. There is no lift. Ok for us but perhaps some might find it difficult to carry bags to the third floor. Also the one bedroom studios have showers over a spa bath. Again ok for us but not for the elderly or someone with mobility issues.

Disappointing to say the least. Resort changed our booking with very little notice to 1 room apartment that couldn’t cater for number of guests staying. Reception closed at time of check in even though we were instructed we couldn’t check in earlier. Apartment had a hole in the middle of lounge room and had water leaking in. Best management could offer was a bucket. Bathroom disgusting with dirty shower base, mould growing in shower and in basins. Toilet seat was loose/ broken and wouldn’t stay up, Remote for tv had flat batteries, wifi password not provided with our check in paperwork, strong fish odour around the pool area, we believe it was coming from the drains, outdoor spa was cold, no toilet paper provided in shared amenities near pool. All in all a very average resort. Position on beachfront the only positive meaning it was handy to everything.

The hotel is in a great location. Our only issue that ruined it for us is that we booked for fivr people and were given a room for 4. When we asked for a towel (not even a bed) for the 5th person..as only four had been provided we were told we would have to pay extra. I argued that we had booked for five people and that we should not have to incur extra costs to accommodate that unless told prior to making the booking. Instead of seeing the validity of our request the woman in reception proceeded to argue that that was the way all hotels do it. And we would have to pay $3 for a towel. Never have we booked for 5 people and only received enough towels for four in any hotel ever. Unfortunately we would not go back nor would i recommend this place to any one based on this experience. They also have a price list in the room for extra toilet roll or washing up liquid should you need more during your stay!

Overall we had a good stay with friendly and responsive staff. It would have been good to know the room was motel style with no internal seating, toaster or microwave.

Friendly staff and great location

Very good value for money. The pool and facilities are dated and could do with a freshen up. The room was very comfortable and clean but also dated. Would visit again.
