No issues, all clean and friendly. Only note is that upon check in we were asked for a credit card or photo of a credit card which I didn’t have nor did if feel comfortable to provide. We were not informed about this at booking

Well mentained property. We stayed in 2 bedroom executive villa. This will be our 2nd home when we go to Phillip Island. Staff is nice. Great location. walking distance to coles, shops, resto and beach. We had a great time. Thank you.

徒歩5分位に大手のスーパーが2件あったのでとても便利でした。キャンプサイトに電子レンジがあって、スーパーで買ったミートパイをチンして食べることができました。温かいものが食べれるのはとてもありがたかったです。スタジオタイプに宿泊しましたが、不便な事はなくとても快適に過ごせました。ペンギンパレードまで車で20分位でした。

I thought the park would have been well kept, at least during the school holidays. The cabin we stayed in, had stains on the doona, and the bathroom had a mouldy smell (probably because the bathroom floor is lino) so the water gets under the edges.
The lawns all needed to be mowed, the pool is green, the gutters on every cabins were filled up.
The positive was the mattress was comfortable and the location was central to the main shopping strip in Cowes.
For the price I’d go elsewhere next time.

The parking could be closer to the cabin. There was leftover food in the microwave from previous users so we are not sure if the room is thoroughly cleaned. Otherwise the reception staff is friendly and accomodating. The place is close to shops and everything we needed.

Firstly, what i thought i had booked was not what we got, as we were not told that our 'cabin' was now in a new spot that is nothing more than a shipping container with the worlds thinnest walls and the unsturdiest floor (the person who was in the room next to us literally moved our bed with their footsteps).
TV didnt work and there was some grime in the room.
Bed was comfy, shower was good and location was good.

I think next time we stay there, we’ll book a different room type - one with a microwave, freezer and a front deck for our dog. The location is very central, close to plenty of cafes, restaurants and the beaches

When we got there we were given a cabin upgrade I think because of some booking glitches. Not
complaining. The kitchen was big and the dining set was huge. The toilet and bathroom was very clean which I love! The sofa at the lounge area needs an upgrade though. It was old and dusty. Overall we loved our stay and would wanna come back.
