改装中は気にならなかったのですが閉鎖しているスペースが広すぎた。

場所はシティから離れているので静かに過ごせる。逆に言うと、タクシーだと20ドル強はかかる。 トリムの駅前なので、トリムの移動でよいならばよい環境。 部屋の金庫が壊れて押せないボタンがあったのには驚いたが、押せるボタンだけで対応した。

This is a good hotel in a great location.

Great location if you want to be out of CBD. Riverwalks, plenty of eating options, convenient for sporting facilities MCG, Tennis precinct etc. Hotel staff, rooms and facilities are excellent.

Really good customer service, friendly staff and nice atmosphere at the hotel. Room itself is good dont need to have any more than that. However some basic amenities were missing: toilet brush/spary, bath mat and also we had three people staying at the room and we had to ask for a third towel and when we did they still only gave us two. One of us had to use the smaller hand towel.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious with views of the Yarra River

Everything was good as usual, only one hicup was car exit due to receptionist not adding it to computer. otherwise easy convenient place to stay and friendly staff

We were upgraded to a suite which was very nice. The breakfast was good value And drinks in the lobby bar were at a reasonable price with good service

The staff were very helpful and our room was well appointed. Was great value

Good location

The room was spotless and we were given a complimentary upgrade which was a lovely surprise. The hotel is in a great position especially for sporting venues and has terrific amenities with bar and restaurant on site. The staff are absolutely wonderful. We could not be happier with everything! This is our second stay and certainly will not be our last. Would highly recommend and we thank you for making our two days amazing.

Staff were lovely. Building and rooms are a little tired but location is great for access you Yarra

Not once but 3 times, staff entered our room. Firstly once we checked in they forgot to put shampoo in & just knocked & entered. 10.00am next morning the cleaner knocked & entered asking when we were checking out. We were still in bed as check out was 11.00

Enjoy the area.Good room like the balcony and bath. Both the bar and restaurant have great food and coffee.
