市街地から離れているが、宿泊費が安い。但し、トイレ付きのバスルームが共同で1つしかなく。ほかの宿泊客が使用中のとこ。不便を感じた・

インフォメーションセンターから２Kmほど離れており、周囲は静か。車が無い場合、周囲には何もないので食事、買い物を済ませてから チェックインするか、備え付けのレンジで調理することが必要。

Was advertised as a B&B but when got there the owner said they stopped breakfast years ago but it was still advertising it and that’s owe booked. Owner not helpful at all. The place was advertised as a 4star but it was a 3star on its best ever day. Location was a 25 minute walk into town. Had very limited parking.

No one was there to check us in but we called the number on the door and they gave us our room number. It was clean, our room had a spacious bath and a balcony. Parking was a little tight. It was a few minutes away from town, and the beach wasn’t as close as we were led to believe, but it was quiet and comfy.

excellent value for money. Only real issue with unit was that the door was difficult to open and needs to be adjusted. For 3 people it was quite spacious.

Within walking distance to the beach. 5 mins.

Wonderful location, clean and updated.

Very clean, spacious room in a quiet area. Well priced. But security is poor, they dont give you a key to the front door. Room doors are internal only so if other guests were noisy it would affect you. No wifi password provided, contact person did not respond to a text. We rang 710 am when power wasnt working and no reply. Had to find the two power boards ourselves and flip the tripped switches. Two room lights not working. A little more responsive would help.

No communication that there was no one to check us in. After a second attempt at a phone call, we were informed that our room was unlocked and the key was on the table. We paid $250 for 1 night’s stay in the room with a en-suite bathroom. There was sand in the bath; curtain in place of a door to the bathroom; shower door falling apart, difficult to open and wouldn’t shut fully; outer door to balcony similar; multiple hairs found on bed sheets. Room small and incredibly basic. Totally over priced and substandard.

Room/house was hot on arrival as ac not on . Toilet was locked . Phone call fixed it wich was a relief .

Good price, good location

Front door unlocked, reception unattended so 2 random girls came in after 6pm intending to use the upstairs shared bathroom to wash. We and the guests who meant to share the bathroom felt uncomfortable about it.

Neat and comfortable.

Apollo bay is a lovely seaside town with everything you need. Short drives to lots of Ocean Rd attractions. It's about a25 minute walk into Apollo bay from the beach house.

Einfache Unterkunft. Guter Preis.

No one else there the night we stayed. Therefore very quiet. Check in process seemed unusual - phone a number to get key and guidance. Otherwise all went well

It was a good experience.

This was a house that has been converted into separate rooms for letting. Our family of 4 got the master bedroom with ensuite. Others I gathered were just the bedroom and the original bathroom was a shared bathroom. This meant that the rooms were close together and quite noisy depending on the other guests. The other communal feature we didn’t like was that there was one control for the air conditioning for the entire house. If someone was hot they put it on. If we got cold we would turn it off. It could turn into a back and forth affair but luckily in our situation it did not. What we didn’t like was that the curtains did not cover the entire window therefore letting in light and not providing adequate privacy from the house across the road (and street). There were holes in the flyscreens. However, the manager Josh was very attentive and quick to respond. Our leaky kettle was replaced promptly. I just had to put this review up as it is in no way the 4 star self rating. It was quite expensive too but that could be because of the lack of options and the peak period.

Fix Air conditioner. .. Find a remote for the TV. ..Clean up the place !

Disappointed that the rental was in a private house in a regular subdivision. I never did see the owner. All was done electronically which I considered very cold.
