I liked the relaxed bushland setting /pool area .

Great stay

Unfortunately our stay at this property was unpleasant due to the mosquitoes. They were everywhere!! Our 1 bedroom apartment had plenty of room but it was odd to have the dining table outside in an enclosed courtyard. The apartment smelled musty, almost mouldy smell. Disappointed…

Loved the large screened in patio and spacious living area.

Quiet and beautiful surroundings. pretty close to town for dining options.

Lack of information in the room about cafe, restaurant and spa facility. Lovely enclosed deck with table and chairs but nowhere to eat inside room in the air conditioning.

It was amazing we actually felt like we were having a holiday

Absolutely loved our stay was amazing will definitely be back so close to everything 5mins drive to Yamba and to Angourie plenty of amazing beaches around

Great resort

Great location. The resort is beautiful, lots of activities to do for the young and old. Only minor issue was that the restaurant was closed during our booking. Overall, it was a great experience.

Would have liked the restaurant to be opened. Seemed like a foolish time to refurbish at peak holiday time.

The rainforest and pool area are beautiful. We will be back.

Great front desk staff

Absolutely avoid this hotel! If I could give it negative stars, I would. It ruined our holiday and our impression of the entire area—we couldn't leave soon enough. We booked for a special occasion, which the hotel knew about, yet we were given the worst room in the resort (the ones talked about in the reviews). Our room reeked of mold and faced a busy road, making it incredibly noisy. The patio door opened directly onto a path/roadway, which is unsafe for families with children. When we brought this up to the staff, they rudely dismissed our concerns, saying the traffic calms in the evening. To top it off, we weren't given enough towels for amount of people in our booking, and the bathroom had no fan, leaving everything damp and uncomfortable. The beds in the adjoining room were damp after someone took a shower. So with no fan/extractor and no way to leave the windows open because of deafening road noise literally right outside the window, you can do nothing in this room. Not even sleep or breath comfortably. All the staff we encountered were rude and dismissive. The pools were cold and poorly maintained. The kids' pool was a disgrace—full of leaves and trash, and clearly not cleaned in ages. This place feels like a total money grab. It was the most expensive place I stayed in Australia, and by far the most disgusting. I feel completely ripped off and would never return.

A great place to stay with kids

Very nice place to stay, and great for kids too with a large pool, and games room. Our villa had a covered parking area (carport) and the villa itself was spacious, with a well equipped kitchen. No phone reception for anyone in our group really (Telstra and Optus) and a shame the WiFi didn't work properly at our area of the park, especially when indoors at night. Would definitely stay again!

Great size rooms. Friendly atmosphere. Helpful staff.

I’m sad to say we didn’t book more time here! We stayed for one night in September. This is the place to be if you need a nice place to stay that is beautiful and relaxing. My daughter had a blast in the kids pool where she tried a water slide for the first time ever! The staff were welcoming and helpful. We walked to the restaurant and ordered take away and a gentleman brought us food to our room. Overall, a very lovely experience, I would recommend.
