ゴミを出す場所（分別方法含む）が、 わかりづらかったので、 説明書に明記して欲しい。 駐車場、ビルだけだなく、エレベーターにも セキュリティ対策がしてあり非常に良い。 部屋も広く、リビングも快適であった。

ゆっくりできました。洗濯機もありたすかりました キングスパークにはお散歩がてらにいけて、ステキな日を過ごせます。ただ、スーツケースは預けることが最終日できなくてそれはすこし困りました。

Apartments are well located. Easy to walk into city. Parking great. Apartment has everything you need for a family who wishes to do their own food prep and laundry. Comfortable beds. Quiet.

We loved staying here, the hosts even put a Christmas tree and decorations for our kids to decorate. Very thoughtful! Great pool. Having a car spot was useful, to enable trips to shops, beach etc.

Centrally located apartment. Walking distance to central city, Kings Park and Elizabeth Quay. Nice bars and restaurants around Elizabeth Quay and also where you can catch the boat across to South Perth, again with nice bars and restaurants and beautiful views across to Perth city itself. Apartment was clean and tidy, comfortable beds and well equipped with everything you need. Easy instructions for the apartment and guidance for your stay left by the owners. Highly recommend and would stay again when in Perth.

Free and secure parking. Relatively close to the city center. Easy access to the freeway. Property owners provided very detailed instructions on check in, check out, parking and access to property, and provided suggestions for sightseeing and locations to get daily necessities.

Great accommodation, location was very convenient, we were in Perth for medical reasons so the location between the children’s hospital and the city was perfect for our family as was having a full kitchen and laundry and free parking for our 2 week stay. Thanks for having us!

I’ve stayed at mounts bay apartments many times . The location suits us being close to kings park and the city . This visit was just as good. The apartment was clean with everything you need even wifi

The property is in a great location quiet with good views of the city and ocean. The property has a pool and tennis court and parking, the owners were easy to talk to and helpful. When we stayed the lift was out of order which was a pain as the apartment is on the 7th floor but that was the only issue. Overall a great place to stay.

THE OWNERS, GAVIN AND JO, HAVE BEEN SO HELPFUL, ORGANISED, AND FRIENDLY. I HAVE BEEN STAYING AT MANY SERVICED APARTMENTS AROUND AUSTRALIA AND OVERSEAS; AND SO FAR THEY HAVE BEEN THE BEST HOSTS EVER. THE APARTMENT IS VERY WELL EQUIPED AND THE LOCATION IS VERY CONVENIENT. HOWEVER, PERSONALLY I FOUND THAT THE APARTMENT AND SOME FACILITIES ARE A BIT OUTDATED.

The location is great, very close to beautiful Kings Park and Jacobs Ladder that leads up to the park is almost at the next block, near Health Freak Cafe. We took the easier walk up which is about 10mins away. There’s a very good Chinese restaurant next door next to Quest Apartments. The apartment was cosy and had everything We needed. There are also condiments for cooking and toys for little kids. They arranged the beds before we arrived and the small bed was perfect for my 5 year old. The folder with information about the area was very useful. The hosts were great and very responsive. We left a box of jams when we left and managed to get them back, thanks so much!

Nice and comfy! Enough space and quiet. Unfortunately had a bit of a drive to the beach and to local places but it was pleasant to stay here.
