reception methods were a bit out of date in comparison to other places, but great location, access and the apartment was spacious.

Great and kind couples management with good quality of facilies inside the unit. Spacious and nice ocean view

Excellent

We were so impressed with our stay at Aqua Vista. The room and resort facilities were impressive. We had a 2 bedroom unit overlooking the beach and could see from the Maroochy River to Caloundra. Within 50m, there was a Japanese and a Thai restaurant, both casual with great food. There was also a great bakery and a cafe where we had breakfast each morning. The Surf Club is around the corner, a 5 minute walk with great views over the ocean and good food. It is also a 5 minute walk from the Cotton Tree shops which have lots of food outlets, shopping and grocery store and butcher if you are inclined to cook. Despite the weather not being great, it was great to sit on the balcony and watch the board riders and windsurfers down on the beach while simply relaxing.

Friendly and welcoming on arrival (even though we were late). The unit was excellent. Spacious and light with everything at hand and plenty of cupboard space, crockery and cutlery. Coffee plunger, kettle, toaster, blender and a big fridge and freezer. Large comfortable beds and ensuite in the main with shower and a small balcony. 2nd bedroom was well away from the main living area and had a large bathroom with shower over a spa/jet bath and a separate toilet which made it a virtual ensuite setup. Even an "office nook" if you wanted to work on the laptop. Fast and easy connection to the internet and plenty of power points for charging. But......the views from the living area and bedrooms were breathtakingly beautiful with a large balcony to sit and have breakfast, meals or drinks and take in the ocean, river and mountain views. And walking distance to some great restaurants and the surf club. Absolutely loved this place. Oh and the parking was wonderful. Easy to drive in/reverse into allocated spaces. Did I say I loved this place??!!!!

Highly recommend. Great location close to and easy walk to, shops, dining and beach ... also library & out door bowls and surf club, only metres away. Lovely 3 bedroom spacious apartment was great for a family of 3 generation weekend stay; for a special occasion. Management and staff friendly & communicated well.

Good condition. Very clean self contained unit. Easy cooking and dining options. Safe car parking.

The staff was very accommodating, flexible and friendly. Awesome service, very clean, fully equipped apartment with beautiful views to the beach. Had a wonderful experience staying at AquaVista Resort. Highly recommended.

Great location. Quiet and comfortable. Three bedroom apartment was very spacious, but a more dated interior than shown in property images.

The layout of this apartment is fabulous. We are all about cleanliness when staying in accommodation and value for money just wasn’t there with this property. It feels dated and the floor needs a deep clean along with the material couch. The mirror in the en-suite has mould all around it along with the ceiling as you go out to one of the balcony’s. The floor tiles of the bathrooms also needs a deep clean for the tile and the grout. The parking for a larger car was super tight and thank goodness no one had to fit beside us as they wouldn’t have fitted! You have a “starter pack” of 1 dishwashing powder, 1 toilet role per toilet and I would really think that for the amount spares would be available. I didn’t read this anywhere prior to booking and when your travelling this is not stuff you want to buy and lug around with you!!!!! A deep clean and perhaps a paint would make this a LOT better.

Our stay was good , I think the cleanliness could of been better one bathroom we found a nose piercing on the floor of shower Empty tablet bluster in main bedroom on the carpet , We dropped a mobile phone that ended up under one of the 2 seater loungers, so had to move it ..oh my gosh had not been vacuumed for a long long time . We did speak to the lovely young receptionist who thanks us for telling her. And if we stayed again we would get an upgrade! The unit was a lovely size we had a 3 bedroom unit was spacious and suited us So yes would stay again

Great location , good views. Needed some minor repairs. Eg some doors hard to close.

A lovely place to stay all round. Our apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable.
