Wasn’t sure what to expect when we turned up. Have to say it was top notch. The beds so comfy, the shower excellent. Staff were all really attentive and the food (we had breakfast and dinner) really fantastic (and multiple options). On top of that the bar, live music, sports bar and location to easily get the bus in to the city were all a wonderful experience Thank you

Great to be on the side where window opens. On the 2nd floor and the end room view of shopping walls, not excited. Staff fine and helpful when you ask. Two Q beds in the room not the best.

Always nice to stay here , very convenient location. Always lovely meals also., call in for meal everytine Only downfall is bit noisey especially with line marking 3 am. And can’t use horrible earplugs provided

The staff were lovely. The room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. My only suggestion if you pay for a room with a spa that you check the temperature of the hot water first. If it’s not up to your standard of heat then ask for another room. We booked the room esp for a soak in the bath. However the water was only mildly warm. That’s my only suggestion. Check the water out first. Other than that we enjoyed our stay
