Size of rooms large....bedroom, lounge. Good optioned kitchen .... oven, microwave, dishwasher. Also had washing machine and dryer. No lifts so not good for mobility challenged, however not a problem otherwise. Close to tram line and Pacific Fair. Will stay again.

繁華街も徒歩5分以内。ビーチも近いのに静かなホテルです。
お部屋からビーチが見えないのは残念ですが、この街に住んでいるような気分を味わえたのが良かったです。
キッチンでお料理はしませんでしたが、洗濯機と乾燥機は便利に使わせていただきました。

BED BUGS! After having spent a satisfactory first week despite a broken and unreplaced dryer, we decided to come back for a second week and were accommodated in another apartment. From the first day, we had reported a strong smell of damp and a clear lack of kitchen utensils. In addition, we had noticed some traces in the bed in the middle of the week, but it was only on Sunday lunchtime when we were remaking the bed that we understood that there were bedbugs in the mattress. We immediately contacted the emergency service who did not want to do anything or even offer alternative emergency accommodation despite our insistence (we only had one night left). It is absolutely scandalous! Of course, we immediately left the hotel and took a room only 5 minutes away at our expense... The next day, they did everything they could to apologize miserably by offering - A refund for the last night!!! WELL DONE,
NEVER SEEN THIS BEFORE.

The lock to front gate is confusing,late arrival was horrible experience, couldn't unlock the safety bx to get my room key,then had to haul my luggage up 3 flights of stairs, not even tv in bedroom, room very dated and dusty if you moved a piece of furniture..Just found the whole experience a bit annoying.

cops turned up 4 times in 16 days whilst we were there shower dirty and under bed lolly stuck to carpet and not vacuumed but we just didn't say anything as we don't like to cause friction we just cleaned out shower and cleaned up carpet! we were just sleeping and showering their so wasn't worth the hassle even though we paid good money for it !!!

Incheckningen var 14.00.
Lägenheten var ok.
Det kunde varit lite tavlor på väggarna.
Jag jobbar med inredning så det var en deprimerande lägenhet.
Soffan i rummet sunkig.
Badrummet var fint och likaså köket.
