Nice clean room. Very comfortable bed. I am not sure if this motel was used to house people who may not have a home, and if they are housing these people I applaud them for doing so, but some guests were very noisy and inconsiderate (including their children) by making noise and talking loudly at 1 am.

Everything was so easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly

A pleasant stay again, good location and reasonably priced.

Very good area, easy access, good parking, comfortable beds, not to noisy. Facilities were suitable for our trap.

Guy who greeted us could not have been less enthused to see us. Also wifi was useless. Could not even open an email or webpage. Wifi is essential. A little customer service goes a long way.

Shower dripping

Very comfy stay. For a motel that is on the highway we heard no traffic noise. Room was set out well with a microwave and toaster included. Reception had cold drinks for sale which was very convenient. We will definitely stay again, this is now our first choice for a motel in Brisbane.

Love staying at this accommodation, so close to everything i needed, it is right on gympie road but you dont notice the traffic noises in the rooms, Best part is the manager who is always super helpful, i have stayed several times and he is just the best. Cleaning staff are very thorough, and the rooms are always very well presented and clean, Easy parking, excellent rates for overnight or longer stays, Always my first choice if i need to drive to Brisbane.

Booked the executive suite to relax after being on the road for days. Got a room with a spa to help ease painful medical conditions, but there was no hot water. We were warned the spa would drip, however this was an extreme understatement, as the tap ran as though turned on. The shower was barely warm and ran out before two people could comfortably shower. The entire place was booked out with teenagers from a sports team of a school. They had their massage room set up next to our room which was also used as their general go to area to “hang out” at 6:00am, right outside our room with its paper thin walls. When we brought up these issues at the front desk we were told “well, they are teenage boys, they have long showers”, noting here that there were 90 or so of these boys using the entire hot water system, and no one had considered other guests during their stay. Will absolutely not recommend this hotel. We would have chosen to stay elsewhere had we been told in advance that the entire place was booked out for a grammar school sports team. The lady at the front desk was rude and offered no acknowledgment of discomfort caused, with multiple remarks of “what do you want me to do about it?!” If you want to book a hotel where the staff have your needs in mind, avoid this hotel.

Room was clean and of a good size. Parking outside room, air conditioning was fine. Only downsize is that the traffic noise from Gympie Road was pretty loud during peak hour.
