電気調理器がメンテナンス不良で使えず、他の部屋に移ったが、その部屋の洗濯機もメンテナンス不良で修理後3日目で、ようやく使えた。 1週間滞在したが、室内清掃が週1回あると聞いたが、結局、タオル交換も含めてまったくなかった。 場所は便利だったが、残念だった。

The room was not cleaned well, and insects like mites came out during my stay. There was always a linen cart in the hallway, and I was worried about evacuation in the event of a fire and disaster.There is only one cleaning during the 7-day stay. On the second day, there was a cleaning, and the room became dirtier and dirtier.I wanted cleaned the middle day my stay. and I wanted you to ask me when I was going to clean at check-in.

施設やサービスに問題無いですが 受付の女性の感じは良く無いです

パース駅からも近い、レストランが多くあるノースブリッジにあります。建物は新しくとても綺麗です。少なくともExective roomにはキッチンはもちろん洗濯機も付いていて快適に過ごせます。スタッフは通常1名のようなので高級ホテルほどのサービスは期待できませんが、親切に対応してくれると思います。

無料のBlueCATの9番バス停より徒歩3分くらいのところで、出かけるのに便利です。 空港から行きはよくわからずタクシーに乗り４５ドルくらいでした。 帰りは時間に余裕もあったのでBlueCATに乗り1番バス停のElizabeth Quay Bus Stationから３８０番バスに乗り国際線ターミナル（T3&T4終点）まで4ドル６０（２ゾーン料金）で行きました。 ちなみに国内線（T1&T２）まではElizabeth Quay Bus Stationから40番バスで行かれます。 バス料金は乗車時に運転手さんに行き先を言うと買えます。（大きなお札ではお釣りがないかも） 部屋のコーヒー紅茶は毎日たっぷり補給してくれます。コーヒークリームの代わりに牛乳のミニパックを冷蔵庫に入れてくれるので、レンジでチンしてエスプレッソと一緒にラテを作って飲めるのがありがたいです。 フロントスタッフはどなたも親切です。 バスの乗り方のほか、Caversham Wildlife Parkの乗り換えルートを調べてもらったり、ロットネスト島へのフェリーの予約と貸自転車の予約もその場でPCでしてもらいました。 帰りの飛行機が夜便だったので、チェックアウト後スーツエースを預かってもらいました。 部屋にあるインフォメーションファイルには周辺の美味しいレストランが載っているので、Wi-Fiで場所と営業時間を検索して何軒か行きました。 とても快適なホテルでした。

Ceiling Fan in Toilet U/S Motion Detector in room ??? Insufficient Crockery Coffee Pod machine was U/S and when replaced was to small to put a normal cup under for collection. Insufficient Coffee Pods.

Very sweet and accomodating staff, and good price for the location and room amenities.

So close to the French Resistance Café..so good!

Good stay, lack of parking

I stayed 2 weeks. The hotel looks gothic outside which is off putting. Black carpets inside were yuck. The whole place needs upgrading. Lots of damage to walls. My rooms was comfortable enough. I wasn't home much. The stove top was all scratched up. The tv was half dark. Needs replacing. The location is good for night life. Far from any buses tho. I used Uber. Staff are very young. None over 30. Very nice but I never saw a manager. Parking was available. Hot shower. Quiet enough. It should be cheaper for the condition it's in.

My recent stay at Attika Hotel was disappointing. Despite paying in advance, I didn't receive timely self-check-in information, despite reminders on the arrival date and time, causing issues with accessing my room. The hotel's parking payment process was poorly communicated, requesting payment via email while I was on a flight to Perth. Withholding check-in details due to non-payment of parking seemed unfair, especially since my accommodation was already paid for. Failure to use a secure payment method. Photo of my credit card details was requested via email for deposit and parking. Due to the check-in issues, I was nearly stranded outside for the night without access to my room, which was extremely frustrating. Upon finally accessing my room, I was appalled by its state: very dirty pan, damaged and missing cooking utensils, and a pizza box under the bed. This suggests a lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance. However, I must mention that the hotel's location was good, with many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Unfortunately, this wasn't enough to make up for the issues I experienced.

First apartment smelled like sewerage and telephone didn’t work. Was moved to a second apartment, coffee machine didn’t work, dirty towel behind couch and fridge shelf was broken. Photos look much better than actual property which was run down and not very clean. No housekeeping during 4 night stay. Only pro it was in a good location.

Mold in the bathroom and uncomfortable beds

Great location, easy walking distance to office, comfortable, clean and quiet. TV in bedroom needs to be lowered to avoid neck strain.

Nice little rooms with everything you need. The only down fall was they need to clean better, the shower especially.

Checked in and given a room, to be told the next day when I arrived back at night I was in the wrong room as this room had not been cleaned and I should be in another room. So I was checked into a room that had not been cleaned and slept in a bed that had not been changed since previous occupant and it was made out to be my fault even though the key card given at check in opened the room and did not open the room I was supposed to be in. I was basically told to change rooms with no help and in the dark as they had switched off the power to the original room and would not switch it back on. Once this situation passed, the stay was good and rooms were ideal for what I required.

The review ratings really hyped up this place but I don’t think it was at par with the ratings online. For the cleanliness of the bathroom the glass shower looked like it’s never been cleaned before, mold in shower, a dirty razor left where the bottles for shampoo, conditioner and body wash are. The shampoo and body wash containers in the shower were both empty for use. There was so much dust on the frame of bed headboard and the light flickering in front entrance of the room. For the price we paid for a week stay I feel like there is better places with more space and amenities available.
