有人のチェックイン時間が14時から17時というのが、かなり時間が制限され不便と感じた。でも物価の高いオーストラリアでキッチン付きは魅力ではある。 立地は軽い坂道を登る感じのエリアにあって、治安はいいとは思わない。

電気調理器がメンテナンス不良で使えず、他の部屋に移ったが、その部屋の洗濯機もメンテナンス不良で修理後3日目で、ようやく使えた。 1週間滞在したが、室内清掃が週1回あると聞いたが、結局、タオル交換も含めてまったくなかった。 場所は便利だったが、残念だった。

The room was not cleaned well, and insects like mites came out during my stay. There was always a linen cart in the hallway, and I was worried about evacuation in the event of a fire and disaster.There is only one cleaning during the 7-day stay. On the second day, there was a cleaning, and the room became dirtier and dirtier.I wanted cleaned the middle day my stay. and I wanted you to ask me when I was going to clean at check-in.

パース駅からも近い、レストランが多くあるノースブリッジにあります。建物は新しくとても綺麗です。少なくともExective roomにはキッチンはもちろん洗濯機も付いていて快適に過ごせます。スタッフは通常1名のようなので高級ホテルほどのサービスは期待できませんが、親切に対応してくれると思います。

無料のBlueCATの9番バス停より徒歩3分くらいのところで、出かけるのに便利です。 空港から行きはよくわからずタクシーに乗り４５ドルくらいでした。 帰りは時間に余裕もあったのでBlueCATに乗り1番バス停のElizabeth Quay Bus Stationから３８０番バスに乗り国際線ターミナル（T3&T4終点）まで4ドル６０（２ゾーン料金）で行きました。 ちなみに国内線（T1&T２）まではElizabeth Quay Bus Stationから40番バスで行かれます。 バス料金は乗車時に運転手さんに行き先を言うと買えます。（大きなお札ではお釣りがないかも） 部屋のコーヒー紅茶は毎日たっぷり補給してくれます。コーヒークリームの代わりに牛乳のミニパックを冷蔵庫に入れてくれるので、レンジでチンしてエスプレッソと一緒にラテを作って飲めるのがありがたいです。 フロントスタッフはどなたも親切です。 バスの乗り方のほか、Caversham Wildlife Parkの乗り換えルートを調べてもらったり、ロットネスト島へのフェリーの予約と貸自転車の予約もその場でPCでしてもらいました。 帰りの飛行機が夜便だったので、チェックアウト後スーツエースを預かってもらいました。 部屋にあるインフォメーションファイルには周辺の美味しいレストランが載っているので、Wi-Fiで場所と営業時間を検索して何軒か行きました。 とても快適なホテルでした。

Parking area was completely unsuitable - the parking area has spaces for 8 vehicles, however the allotted spaces are too small, there are many items being stored around the garage area blocking access around the spaces, there are obstructions such as stormwater downpipes, services, etc, plus insufficient space to turn a vehicle around within the garage area if other cars are already parked. Once I was already in the garage I almost became stuck between cars trying to maneuver into a spot, but I managed to get out and had to actually reserve out of and then into the garage to even get into a space, however I could not access all sides of my vehicle to take luggage in and out, get people (and driver) in and out without potential damage to other cars already parked. Yes, I had a 4wd, but so did many others in the garage, and it was just a standard-sized 4wd. There should be no more than 6 cars parked in that garage maximum! I wouldn't have minded too much if parking was free. There was no oven and no full-sized fridge despite saying there was a kitchenette with cooking facilities. They also put so much fear into you about cooking and setting off the fire alarm and having to pay fire services fees, saying fan had to be turned full on and open all windows, but still made it sound like it could still set the alarm off. The combination clothes washing machine/dryer come up with draining errors every single time it was used - even after performing maintenance ourselves to unblock it.

Clean and well presented. Good size under counter fridge that kept everything cold. Very comfy bed and no noise or disruption overnight. If staying Sunday, street parking is free till 8am monday, otherwise its limited to 2 hours at $12 book parking with hotel. If the hotel are looking to upgrade a fridge with Ice box and milk frother would be fab addition but definitely didnt spoil our stay. Would book again.

Great accommodation. My only criticism was I could not open the windows. No fresh air. Will not stop me from staying there again though.

Run down, not clean, part renovated and not likely to be finished. We will not be using it again.

Ceiling Fan in Toilet U/S Motion Detector in room ??? Insufficient Crockery Coffee Pod machine was U/S and when replaced was to small to put a normal cup under for collection. Insufficient Coffee Pods.

Very sweet and accomodating staff, and good price for the location and room amenities.

So close to the French Resistance Café..so good!

Good stay, lack of parking

I stayed 2 weeks. The hotel looks gothic outside which is off putting. Black carpets inside were yuck. The whole place needs upgrading. Lots of damage to walls. My rooms was comfortable enough. I wasn't home much. The stove top was all scratched up. The tv was half dark. Needs replacing. The location is good for night life. Far from any buses tho. I used Uber. Staff are very young. None over 30. Very nice but I never saw a manager. Parking was available. Hot shower. Quiet enough. It should be cheaper for the condition it's in.

My recent stay at Attika Hotel was disappointing. Despite paying in advance, I didn't receive timely self-check-in information, despite reminders on the arrival date and time, causing issues with accessing my room. The hotel's parking payment process was poorly communicated, requesting payment via email while I was on a flight to Perth. Withholding check-in details due to non-payment of parking seemed unfair, especially since my accommodation was already paid for. Failure to use a secure payment method. Photo of my credit card details was requested via email for deposit and parking. Due to the check-in issues, I was nearly stranded outside for the night without access to my room, which was extremely frustrating. Upon finally accessing my room, I was appalled by its state: very dirty pan, damaged and missing cooking utensils, and a pizza box under the bed. This suggests a lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance. However, I must mention that the hotel's location was good, with many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Unfortunately, this wasn't enough to make up for the issues I experienced.
