10泊11日滞在しました。サザンクロス駅のすぐそばで、立地と景色は最高でした。部屋も広く、キッチン用品、食器も充実していて、冷蔵庫も滞在するのに充分な大きさ。アメニティも足りなくなればオフィスにお願いすると頂けます。スタッフの方もみんな優しく対応してくださいました。残念だったのは、シャワーを浴びるたびに排水溝から小さい虫が湧き出てくる。掃除機を使用すると排気される空気がもの凄く臭い。ソファーがあちこち陥没している。強風の日は部屋が軋む音で眠れなかったです。

すごくいいホテルでした。時計が止まっていたので直して欲しいとお願いしましたが、直ってなくて、1週間時計がなく不便でした。 あと、食器を洗うスポンジも欲しかったです。 他は快適に過ごせました。

チェックインなど、スタッフは親切でとても快適に過ごせました。 シティビューは絶景で、部屋も広く、このプライスはとてもお得です。

スタッフがとても親切で、ホテルの設備も大変良かった。ひとつだけ、寝室の空調が効かないような。。。？特に問題はなかったが、暑かったり寒かったりの季節では大丈夫かなと思った。他が全て良かったから、また、利用したいと思った。

色々なものがそろっていたとても快適でした。石鹸シャンプーリンス、洗濯機に乾燥機、潜在もありました。食器も調理器具もあり、少し長めに滞在するには最高です。プールもあり、気分転換もできます。 しいて言えば、ゴキブリが夜出ること、小さいのがキッチンやバスルームに現れます。フロントへ行くためには一度外に出てインターフォンで伝えないとアクセスできない、というのが難点です。ごみ袋やトイレットペーパーなど、消耗品を調達したかったのですが、フロントへ行って直接もらうにはそのアクセス方法しかありませんでした。 フロントの方々はとても親切ですぐに対応してくださるので、不満ではありません。掃除機もあるので、自分で掃除もでき、バスタオルも洗濯できるので、生活できます。 調味料はないので、自国から少量を持っていくことをお勧めします。

日本からの直行便は午前8時前にメルボルンに到着なので、チェックインの2時までの時間の使い方を考える必要がある。また、アパートのセキュリティが重視されていることは分かりつつも、自分の棟の自分の階にしか行けないことが不便。（急用があり友人の部屋に行きたいとき、または、友人を呼びたいときなど、いずれも。その階のカギを持つ人がいない限り移動できないで、待ち合わせる必要がある）。ただ、高層棟の上階の部屋だったので、景色は抜群で素晴らしかった。

サザンクロス駅からすぐの立地。部屋はモダンで清潔です。泊まった部屋のシャワーヘッドの付け根に亀裂があり水流不足になりましたが、概ね満足。ただ、日本からのフライトだとレセプションが空いている時間にチェックインできず、late check-in となり、Extra Charge 30AUDを支払うことになるのが注意事項です。メールなどで事前に伝えておけば、1階にあるコンビニでIDを提示し、鍵を受取り、翌日に正式なcheck-inをするので問題はありません。

Amazing view! So surprised it was so beautiful for the price. So happy with our stay!

The room was good enough, but the cleanliness was questionable at best. The hand soap in the bathroom was just leftover soap filled with water, and the bathroom smelled of something rotting. I complained about it to the staff, but none of the staff were fluent in English. I would understand if we were staying in Chinatown, but this was in the CBD. They didn't do anything in the end, so we ended up living with it for 3 nights and bought our own air freshener and liquid soap. Another thing is why their office only opens from 9 AM to 3:30 PM when check-in is at 2 PM? It seemed as if it was a huge hassle for them to check people in at 5 or 6 PM when those are reasonable times for guests to arrive.

Everything you need is in apartment. Trams are right outside and Southern Cross rail and Skybus a short walk down the road.

Very clean room, very helpful staff.

This is a great apartment accommodation (no servicing though) very well equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom amenities. Excellent location. Tram stop right outside an easy walk to Spencer outlet. Pool and spa for guests too! Only negative, we had a 2br 1bath room. Was really obvious the room actually had an ensuite as well behind a looked door with a sign saying we had only paid/booked for 1 bath so use the other one. While this is true when booking there was no option for a 2 bath apartment, if there was I would have taken it. In reality over a 4 night stay how much does cleaning the extra bathroom at the end of stay actually cost? $50? I would have paid. Overall apartment was tired and a bit rundown but great location made up for it

Loved the 2 bedroom apartment with great facilities that accommodated all our needs for a few days away in the city. Thank you to everyone.

Great place and location. Front desk open limited hours but we were able to check in within those hours so it worked for us.

Wonderfully located in the city CBD just a short walk from Southern Cross Station.

It is a great area of the city to be in, close to shops, buses and trams, although the apartment was clean, the carpets were extremely stained and required a good deep clean, the curtains were hanging off the rods, the toilet seat was not installed correctly and the light in the bathroom was constantly flicking on and off. The bed was comfortable, we were just disappointed in the appearance of the room.

We had an amazing time tge room was clean, the kitchen was stocked with tea and coffee and a coffee machine. It was so close to everything. It was amazing to have parking also. The beds were so comfortable too. The train station was 5min walk and collin street tram was just outside. We will be back next year.
