The Australian shape pool was heated but not too hot which made it a pleasure to swim in.
The biggest downfall was people smoking in the outdoor areas of the resort (balconies)
Everything else was fantastic close to bus stops and beach

We loved everything! The wonderful location close to the beach, the resort is very green and quite, and water in the pool was very nice and warm even in the morning. Will definitely stay there again!!

We were pleasantly surprised by many things with this property.
Although it isn't a brand new building the facilities and apartments are well maintained. The apartments have room to sit and eat which is separate to the bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen and laundry had most things you needed. The grounds were lovely and lush and the pool area was clean and tidy.
The location was a bonus being walking distance to more than a handful of great cafes and restaurants in both directions.

Ideal location shirt walk to Burleigh or Miami, accommodation a little tired, pool and spa very nice, having a stove microwave along with a washing machine and dryer a bonus. Ren and Trinh very approachable and willing to assist.

Arrived with a cigarette floor outside the door. Asked for a rollaway bed. Which was listed as an optional extra. Arrived to find they have no rollaway just a poor condition sofa bed that you could not sleep on. Sock left in dryer. Worst of all was a needle hanging out of a sharps container left in the drawer. We took a photo. So disgusted. We had our children with us.

Close to the beach, as many hotels are in this area. This hotel is one of the older hotels available, we didn’t use the kitchen as it seemed poorly maintained, with a fridge from the 90’s.

It was clean, well situated.very small and reception not open much on the weekends- except for booking in. They did let us know the room was ready early.
No recycling containers which was disappointing.

We were welcome by the manager who guided us to our parking spot and help us with our luggage. He took us to our room and ensured we were please with the room.
The room was spotless and had a new bathroom.
Very impressed and highly recommend.
