The name of the hotel has changed, which made me difficult to find it.

Good size apartment and good location, convenient parking being onsite. Nice view of the city, quiet complex. The downside was that the bed was uncomfortable, the room was very bright as the blinds are not blackout at all with large gaps around the edges. The sheets or doona smelt dirty which was very unpleasant and the couch was very dirty / stained which was very off putting. We stayed here two nights, and stayed at the Mayfair hotel for two other nights during our trip and much prefered mayfair. In comparison i would stay at mayfair instead in the future as was actually cheaper and much nicer room and facilities in our opinion.

Great location, there's an IGA supermarket downstairs so it's convenient, n many dining options around. The building is quite new. We booked a studio and they upgraded us to a 1 Bedroom apartment which is very nice. Living area and kitchen is very spacious even though the Bedroom is a bit small. Bathroom is modern with a washer and a dryer that we really need for a long trip and that's also the reason why we chose this apartment. We supposed having a free wine bottle as booking as a VIP member, but didn't see it so don't know if Hotels.com didn't inform them. However it's a great apartment overall.

Clean room, nice and pleasant staff and a wide variety in breakfast. Will return when I visit Adelaide next time.

I stayed at Avani Adelaide Residences and while the room itself was well presented and comfortable, the stay was let down by a lack of basic functionality. The internet did not work properly for most of the stay, which meant the TV and in-room phone were also unusable. On the second night, I had to go to a different room on another floor just to use a working TV and internet, which was inconvenient and disrupted the evening. Unfortunately, this ended up ruining what was meant to be a relaxed night in, including dinner, as we spent a long time trying to resolve the issue. By the final night, the problem still had not been fixed. I contacted reception and was told it was working, despite being in the room confirming that it wasn’t. No alternative solution was offered at that point. It’s disappointing that a property of this standard could not provide or resolve such basic services over multiple days. With those issues addressed, it would be a great place to stay, but based on this experience I wouldn’t return.

Great location and facilities with excellent customer service

All the staff were so friendly, helpful & accommodating. Tarvi/ Tanvi (not sure of spelling sorry) particularly stood out in helping me navigate checkout & getting back to my car with my luggage as well as my baby in a pram. She really went the extra mile for me & was so kind & patient.

Lovely apartment in CBD of Adelaide. Very walkable to downtown, shops, pubs, stadium, river

Everything was clean ana tidy. Efficient service and a good base in the city.

Large comfortable apartment, great kitchen facilities washer, dryer and dishwasher, needs basics like foil, kitchen roll, salt and pepper. Be better if they could leave enough toiletries and coffee capsules for the amount of time you will be there instead of having to go down to cafe and ask each day. Great location in Adelaide city and some eateries on your doorstep. Cafe underneath was a nice vibe, cocktails and happy hour were also good. The young guy who checked us in was going on vacation the next day forgotten name but he was very efficient. Upgraded to a one bed instead of a studio which was lovely, I had asked for a bright room with a nice view as we like to sit outside on balcony but the room was opposite to this, it was overlooking the south tower in an internal courtyard so not a nice view but we didn’t like that the room was very dark, we had to keep lights on all the time, so didn’t sit out or cook there because of this, would have preferred if we had been told before the upgrade that apartment would be in the courtyard. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and good value in the great city of Adelaide.

Not bad. It had everything in the apartment but in need of a good clean. Water damage to the flooring needs fixing. Garage facilities were good. 15 minute walk to central shopping district. Hard to park in the city. Overall we did enjoy our stay in Adelaide.

room was great. Limited wifi which is a bit poor. Tv littlw simple for modern hotel and gym was very small for weights but good for cardio. Over all not bad hotel
