Free dinner was ok and a bonus (free breakfast finished at 9 so missed) only found out from another guest and noticeboard as not mentioned at check in. Good location close to coach stop and 20 mins walk station. Supermarket close by

Great price and comfortable cozy shared accommodation. Great option if you touring on a budget or your in need of somewhere in a pinch.

When this place, in in full house mode, they can not provide a stable service,..Kitchen is dirty almost all day.. Managers should be more strict with the people using all the facilities. As well the facilities are not design to hold so many guest. There is room for improvement, hope to see better. Breakfast getting there with some healthy options..

Hume apts, a place for peace, and relaxation.. Firstly I received an upgrade to the top level and a bigger apartment. The place was ready on time, They called me to check my time; f arrival, very helpful and friendly.

I made a booking online, However I did not received a called or a confirmation by SMS.I arrived at 10:50 pm.. I was in front of the door I called the number of Base Camp, the attendant was on the door in less than 2 minutes. The service provided by Lachlan,..was very impressive,...no hesitations at all just great.. The improvement in the breakfast was quite visible nice healthy options not just bread...

Was pleasant easy to navigate with a as explained sleeping area,pretty sound 👌

I've been there a couple, of times, and I noticed that they are taking the reviews into account and made changes. Incredible how some cultures, live in peace is paramount as well as cleanness. Well done hope you growing and growing with the same mentality, even the people that are staying there are matching with the culture of the place. Some people complain about the food, I reckon it is free you should not complain about it. However probably only prepare for 20 people ......then quality can be little bit more tasty. Regards

I was pretty tired, that Sunday afternoon, when I checked in, the girls from the help desk, were so easy, she gave me the pin to get to the room... Very straight forward. Late that night two men, where making a lot of noise probably using drugs, for the language that I heard. Then My night turn into a scary one, until they managed to be quiet around 4am. Bit scared just stayed in the upper bunk bed hoping that those guys are having a good trip. I reported earlier to the service desk person, hope that the cameras, can tell the story. Bit sad that Junkies are damaging, business...reputation. Saving money can cost more,...sadly..... Hope that managers, can create a strong message. and please prevent junkies to stayed in such a good place, and disrupt the life of working class people. Please I stayed in room 11, and that toilet requieres a bit of mould removal, on ceiling and shower , probably just a litre of bleach, gloves and a old towel can do the job.
