個人で車を借り、ペンギンツアーに参加する方には格好のロケーションです。 ただ町は本当に小さくて、他には何もないので、ご注意ください

I loved my stay at beachfront bicheno. The bed was soo comfy. I fell asleep after tea after a long day of driving. Thank you soo much for a lovely stay.

Older style property being renovated - room was fresh & clean. Great location to walk everywhere. Great communication

Did ok for 3 nights but the walls are paper thin… heard every conversation, toilet ritual and when the doors shut of the other rooms, nearly knocked you out of bed.

Good location, nice to sit on the balcony and look out to the ocean. Lovely town. Rooms are basic and not new (except the bathroom which was nice). Bit odd to have a fridge but no plates, bowls or cutlery. The door opens onto the car park and doesn’t have an inside lock, so need to keep a close eye on small children. Pool looked nice but we didn’t get a chance to use it.

Great location. Staff are great and helpful

On arrival the check in staff were not friendly or helpful. The rooms are not beachfront as pictured, nor is there a view of the beach. Our room overlooked the carpark with a walkway right outside the door that all guests use. It was extremely noisy, no privacy in your room as there is only one window for ventilation that had to be closed and the window blind pulled to stop people being able to look in as they walk past. There is only a wash face size hand towel in the bathroom supplied - I had to return ours to reception for a replacement as it was folded up dirty. The bed linen is worn and the bed pillows need replacing (unless you like lying on flat pancakes). For what it is - I found it extremely over priced. I would not recommend using this place to stay.

Fantastic location and great view.

Very good bed, but otherwise very poor accommodation. No microwave, crockery, cutlery or space to put a second suitcase in the apartment. Cramped shower in the bath, no non- slip mat available until asked for.

Great location, Bicheno is a real Pearl! Make sure you go to the Blow Hole and the Lobster Shack

Close proximity to visitor's Centre and starting point of most tours. Beautiful scenery, the pub adjoined is nice. The girl at the counter was really helpful. I got bitten badly by myriads of insects, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Hotel amenities are basic, but the penguins, the wildlife Centre and the blow hole are all great tourist attractions. Overall, a very nice visit.

The property is a great location. Walkable to cafes and the beach. The decor could do with being updated. Also, not having any service of the room for a 3 night stay was not great. Using the same facecloth not my thing! The outside table was not clean - previous guests spilt food and coffee on it. Also take note there’s no cutlery, kitchenware or toaster in the room but it can be asked for. Thankfully, the location was excellent and there wasn’t much road noise. Receptionist on check in very helpful and friendly.
