壁は薄く、夜になっても、廊下から、ドアの開け閉めの音、声は、普通に聞こえていました。本当に普通のゲストハウスです。スリーシスターズ等の観光には適していますが、それ以上ありません。朝御飯も、ホットミールはありません。缶詰めフルーツ、シリアル、ヨーグルト、コーヒー、パン。その程度です。

every thing it was ok

Very clean. No instructions about anything so we only found tea and coffee making facilities by accident.

Friendly staff, very happy to help guests. Nothing seem to be too much trouble.

The breakfast was poor. The whole areas we looked at was very dusty. We got what we paid for. Cheap

A kitchen would have been nice

The amenities advertised to not exist (spa, shared kitchen). Owner/Manager was rude when we raised it with him, and accused us of being racist when we said we had complaints about the accommodation - we never said anything about him personally, so no idea how we were being racist?). No staff on site most of the time, no dining options and not as close to stores/town as suggested (website says it's 400m away from a Supermarket - it's closer to 2km). This hotel is actually the same as the 'La Maison Guest House' next door, it's run as one. Not worth the $250 a night we paid, we even left halfway through and went to another hotel, The Carrington, losing $500 (which I will attempt to get back). DO NOT STAY HERE. STAY AT THE CARRINGTON!

Friendly staff and a cosy room. New bathroom and ducted heating. Would definitely recommend

Basic accommodation. Basically a upscale backpacker dorm with half decent ensuite. No fridge in room which was very basic and small. Managed by neighbouring motel which explains some of the photos which are not on the premises eg spa (which was not operational anyway). Would not recommend.

Moved us from our booked accommodation with notice, New accommodation was not suitable so they moved us again. In a virtually empty hotel they then put people in an adjoining room with proved the walls to have no sound insulation. Had to ask the other guests to speak lower which they did, thank you guests. Internet was terrible dropped out continually, no chance to stream or communicate using video. Never again at this accommodation

The unique part of the whole experience was the fact that I was charged $30 more then the price at the time of the booking. Then when the agreed price was discussed. I was asked by the owner how am I supposed to survive if I charge you that price. Needless to say we won’t be returning.

Was given a free upgrade.

Sadly had to complain about the duvet - covered by two sheets, we removed it because it was too warm, only to find it covered in stains and very grubby. Very small room

Room was clean and had a new carpet, bed was comfortable, shower was hot and the location was quiet. A basic breakfast was included and was more than sufficient to kick off the day's activities. The room and bathroom were both quite small but I didn't need more for a single night. Only gripes were that the door handle to the bathroom was broken and quite a sharp screw had to be used to open the door. The shower could also benefit from a basic tray or soap holder for toiletries. Overall, it was a good experience and good value.

It was very clean but the hot water was hard to regulate.

Comfortable beds, lovely common living room area with fireplace - was lit when we arrived and heating on in room - very cosy for a winter day / night.

We kregen een upgrade naar La Maison Boutique Hotel omdat Belgravia Mountain Guest House geschilderd werd. De nieuwe kamer was goed, alleen de ramen zaten vol met spinnenweb en waren erg vies. Het hotel ligt op een paar minuten afstand van de three sisters en 15min lopen vanuit het dorpje Katoomba.

Unfortunately I booked for the wrong week and only worked it out when I went looking for my booking upon arriving to Katoomba. I’m sure this is a lovely stay, but a phone call when we didn’t check in would have been appreciated!

A little tired. No hair dryer and breakfast could better
