Lovely staff, good clean rooms and accommodation close to shopping centres

The room was spotless Staff were friendly and helpful. Aircon was lovely Pool was so nice

Room was okay. Clean. But the little things were missing... like no box of tissues, no iron... Handle was missing off the fridge so you had to open it with your fingernails. Seemed overpriced for the level of presentation.

The room was fantastic! Has everything we needed for a short one night stay and was really close to major shopping centre.

Very comfortable and very equipped. Asked for a ground floor unit-was no problem. Although on a highway ( what motels aren't?) noise was not a problem. Would stay in again if in Perth.

Room was very nice with a great bed and shower. Nice large room with a nice kitchen with a microwave. Close to the airport, swimming pool was nice and the staff got us check in with no issues.

Clean comfortable room which still looked newly renovated. Nice to have allocated parking at our room.

Worth for value, clean, comfortable. I usually stay in hotels. It is a motel, so overall it was good as a motel.

Convenient for a stopover near the airport, plenty of parking space, good Vietnamese across the road for dining but limited otherwise.

Clean and well appointed but the hardest bed I have ever encountered.

The room was neat and comfortable. You can tell the hospitality staff really pay attention to detail. Parking was easy, and the outdoor areas were very clean, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were generally good, though I would suggest that when responding to guest calls, the first “hello” could be a bit calmer and more welcoming, it helps guests feel at ease and comfortable to talk. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay! 💯

We have mixed feelings about this motel but the fact we stayed again is indicative of our overall satisfaction. We were arriving after the 6 pm office closure. The locked box code we were given did not work. Fortunately we saw the free after hours phone and were given a new code which worked. Our room was of a reasonable size and there was reasonable sound proofing provide the toilet and bathroom doors were closed for they had open windows that allowed the road noise into the room. Also the bed was not the size that I had ordered in July. When I questioned the desk the response was not exactly sympathetic I was informed that sometimes changes had to be made and as we had got a low price through an on-line booking agency we were moved into a room with a smaller bed. Once I opened my emails I found that an email had been sent that afternoon advising me of the number change but of course I couldn't access my emails as my overseas phone wasn't functioning on emails at that stage. However the location of the motel is great. Not too far from the airport. There was a bus stop right outside so travelling into the city was very easy, cheap and saved parking hassles in the CBD. One of the staff members was very helpful with tourist type info. Servicing of the room was very basic - every two days and if any vacuuming was done then it was not effective. Arrived 0200 after long flight so didn’t get to see or experience any of the facilities. So lucky to have maintenence truck park right out front of door at 0700 and operator setting up equipment on verandah with as much noise as he could manage. At same time - gardening staff commenced raking leaves behind unit. Fellow guest thought it a good idea to help out orchestrated noise fest by slamming all 4 doors of his ute on departure. Apart from that - unit seemed ok.
