We recently stayed at this Big 4 caravan park with our family and found the property to be clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the electricity went out in our cabin on the first night due to a faulty power board. While this was inconvenient, we were impressed with how promptly the maintenance team and managers responded. They quickly provided us with a cable to power essential appliances like the fridge and phone chargers, and an electrician arrived first thing the next morning to resolve the issue. Despite the hiccup, the level of service and support we received was excellent. Overall, a very positive experience.

Very well presented cabins. Washing facilities all is excellent working conditions.
Location is close to everything.
Cabins are near n clean and looks new.
Beds very comfortable and shower pressure was great. Was a great place and highly recommend

Stayed in a 2 bedroom unit, was very clean, comfortable and warm. Heat pump in each room and had everything we needed. Quiet despite being alongside busy highway. Recommend and would happily stay again.

Cabins were great and we can see that a lot of works have been done and are planned. The final plan looks fantastic. We did miss having an oven and dishwasher however. We found the price quite high considering the limited facilities within the park, but the cabin itself was excellent. We ended up paying over $500 a night, which is higher than any of our other venues over our 14 day holiday.
A small note: a clothes horse in the cabin would’ve been useful. Thanks again.
