Yeah, the place was good. I found the room quite big and not too noisy. I stayed for 3 nights. Staff were friendly. No bad for the price. I stayed at the Cook point caravan park and ordered a queen room and they gave me a room with two single beds. I was very annoyed as I had travelled 17 hours from Perth to visit my partner. They couldn’t do anything about it so I went to Blackrock instead and didn’t have any issues.

Liked-location Didn't like the no hot water in the morning for a shower due to a lot of workers who are permanent residents and start around 5am and use all the hot water , it's okay if you continue your journey about 10 am when the heater has recovered. Overall very basic overnight stay, clean and tidy about 2 1/2 stars

Booked a pet friendly room as was there for a hospital appointment 450km from home. TV didn't work, had to use my own sleeping bag as felt like i was being bitten in the night, was a donga with no floor covers. Then i was charged an additional $200 for having a small dog in the room as apparently i wasnt in a pet friendly room, to have it fumagated. Stay away from this place, and she hung up on me also stating that i lied when i coukdnt tell thwm about being bitten as i couldnt have left before they opened. Well the hospital can verify that one. Very rude management.

No frills but nice pool.

Es war sehr sauber ... aber unser Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen, es hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich und die Bilder sind besser als der tatsächliche Zustand ... in diesem Zustand war die Unterkunft zu teuer ... das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ... der Pool war sehr gepflegt und schön ...

Family room was a bit cramped for more than 3 people. Other wise okay for a short stay.

Good accommodation and quiet , but beware of the thieves

Very pleasant and comfortable with quiet surroundings and easy to access.

Adequate for a quick overnight stay. Clean and tidy. To call a ex mining camp accomodation facility a "Tourist park" is a stretch of the imagination.

Pool was nice, family room very average just poor condition donga's.

The officer lady were very friendly we had an issue with the tv. They were able to fix the situation promptley. Thank u. We will definalely stay again

There were ants in the room & it looked & felt like a construction camp

The kitchen was so filthy we couldn’t even sit, let alone eat in there

Convenient to south hedland hospital check in very easy

Accommodation was as expected just needed a sleep and clean up

Toilet roll holder didn't hold roll kept falling off. Bed comfortable. Shower fine but red dirt staining on shower floor. Expected considering Port Hedland environment. Service great as we locked key in room and being xmas day prompt service to gain access. Considering we just needed a bed for the night good.

Check in was awesome, everything is ready in the table when I got there. Secure premises, and nice size clean room.

Book in was quick and the customer service was on point. The room was clean with comfortable beds. Very nice people and a great atmosphere.

For a short stay in Port Hedland, it had basic amenities.
