各部屋にトイレ、シャワールームがありとても良かった。オーシャンビューで開放感があり ゆっくりできた。

広い使いやすいキッチン。快適な寝室 乾燥機が動かなくなる不具合があったが、すぐに修理してくれて不便無し

鍵の入ってる金庫の暗所番号をメールで教えてもらい、その中に鍵と英語での施設の説明が書いてある紙がありました。スタッフに会ってないので、英語がわからない人は罰金が取られるかもしれません。なぜなら、その紙にゴミをすてないと$50と書いてあり帰る前日まで気づきませんでした。言葉ではなく文なので少し怖いなと思いました。

今回2回目のステイでした。 ペリカンと泳げるビーチ、公園、スーパーなども近く利便性は高いです。部屋は広くバスルームも二箇所あり、キッチンも付いているため、小さな子供のいるファミリーには便利。 ただし部屋によってなのか、今回は排水口から悪臭がしたのが残念。部屋を綺麗にするだけでなく、排水口も綺麗にしておいてほしい。 自分達でスーパーで買ったgrain cleanerを流したら、臭いはなくなった。

Apartment is ok, spacious and clean. Very Good if you have kids. Balconies with beautiful view of pool very nice. Area not the best as no cafes or restaurants walking by. Nice beach and view at fingertips

The staff were rude, asked us to wait until she finsihed her lunch to find out details about check in, when getting to the property our car spot was taken and when we asked to sort out our parking she said that it was her dinner time and that we had to wait until she could sort it out. Then asked of us not to park in a specific place and to let us know where...

Room was great. We had a clean room, amenities were clean. We had a great stay.

The apartment was not clean. Dirty towels left behind bathroom door. Bathroom bench was not wiped down. I could tell the attempt to clean the room was in a rush. Kitchen floor was dirty when arrived and had to mop up black shoe marks on tiles. 2nd day power outage for 2hours because on new aircon installation. All days had drilling noises so works were being carried out . Making it unpleasant when resting. Evenings it seemed the internet for the TV was not working. Have given up watching TV on 2nd night. Other guests were noisy after hours in the pool. It seemed management did not care. Most of them were young. Overall the experience was unpleasant and I’m very disappointed that I booked this place for my family. Never again.

Too many jews running around spraying industrial cleaner around the place, I caught one and took the bottle off of them, looks like dettol

Rooms need updating. Laminex peeling off just needs updating .

Großzügiges Apartment, mit allem nötigen Equipment ausgestattet. Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Tiefgarage mit Zugang zum Treppenhaus, kein Aufzug vorhanden ( bis 3 Etagen).

Tidy 2 bedroom apartment (17B) in a good condition. Parking was secure. No lift so had to carry bags upstairs. Minimal supplies (toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid and dish soap, 1 towel per person) but all available at a cost at reception. Really great location to get out and about. Heated pool could have been warmer. Would definitely stay there again - budget friendly accommodation and reflected in price.

This was the perfect place for me, quiet and low level. Great heated pool. Good value for money in a great spot away from the hustle and bustle of surfers but close to the theme parks, opposite the beach and walking distance to lovely cafes and restaurants.. Recommend this for those who prefer a more relaxed feel but still want to be close to everything.

Friendly staff who waited for us to arrive when we were running late. Apartments are old and in need of a refresh.

Right on the Broadwater across the road from a beautiful park. Excellent in room facilities. Huge pool area. Wonderful staff.

Clean and quiet apartment

The 3 bedroom apartment was a great size for our family of 5. Lovely views across the Broadwater and sunrises. Cleanliness could be improved but was mostly good, carpets are a bit worn. Carparking was convenient and pool was a hit with the kids
