　フロントのスタッフは、私達の未熟な英語にも嫌な顔一つせず、笑顔で会話してくれました。一生懸命日本語を話してくれ、親近感も持てました。コフスハーバーの観光地やスーパーなども、親切にゆっくり教えてくれました。 　部屋の家電は新しい物が多く、使いやすかったです。ゴミの分別がイマイチよく分からなかったです。 　敷地内にプールがあるのですが、朝から夜まで開いていて、息子は昼間と夜に泳いでいました。楽しかったようです。 　敷地内に、ターキーやイグアナ、トカゲなどが普通にいて・・・・最初はびっくりしましたが、とてもかわいくて、最後はこちらから探していました。 　今回は、WRCの観戦の為に滞在したのですが、スタッフに教えてもらった散歩ルート、海など、ゆっくり＆のんびりできる場所がたくさんあり、思っていた以上に滞在日数が足りず・・・・もっと滞在したかったです。すぐ側の海岸に、カフェがあるのですが、早朝から営業しているので、ふらっと朝食を食べに行きました。昼間と違い、静かな海岸沿いで、リラックス出来ました。 　ホテルの部屋も、色々なタイプがあるようで、次回もし来ることが出来るならば、海岸が見えるところなんていいなあと思っています。ホテル自体も静かで、居心地がよかったです。

Boambee Bay Resort is a quiet, relaxing and peaceful place to stay. The rooms are clean and spacious, the grounds are beautifully maintained with BBQ areas and the pool area is perfect for unwinding. There are plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. Convenient location near the beach and local attractions.

I was impressed with how clean and tidy it was; well done to the team. The two bedroom apartment was so well equipped. Was great to have laundry powder as we were there for a basketball tournament so it was great to be able to wash his uniform every night.

This resort really has it all. So much to do for adults and kids. Rooms were good size and nice and quiet. Pool was heated which was fantastic. Down side the parking is extremely tight. The shower in our place was terrible so we all had to share the ensuite but that was manageable.

Great location, great staff. Rooms need a bit of an update with furniture and television but we are looking forward to going back.

Great pool area . A little cafe 👍 sports / games on site Local wildlife around No Netflix No Smart Tv though Bath tub no good for people who have trouble stepping up. Great helpful staff 👍 will definitely stay again

Really enjoyed the location and facilities but seriously missed having air-conditioning!!

Perfect location for visiting family.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the only complaint we had was the check in time of 4pm. After travelling more than 4 hrs, it would have been nice to be able to check in a few hours earlier than 4pm.

Great resort for the family.

The washer dryer was a great addition. The pool and gaming room was so well maintained and the half tennis court was so fun!

A very enjoyable stay and the staff were very kind and considerate. Thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and the ease of access to them. A really relaxing area to stay in with entertainment and activities nearby. Thank you to the staff for accomodating our group.

A great Family friendly place with something for everyone

Clean and neat, grounds well kept, pool area was nice.

We has a 3 night stay 22-24 Mach 2024. The resort is very good, pool, spa are excellent. 1/2 court tennis as well. Has a cafe & restaurant (didn't try them). Has a boom gate secure undercover car park - only issue is the narrow car spaces. The resort was full. We came back sat night after 10pm and only 2 car spaces were left. But I couldn't park our medium sedan into any, as large SV's/Utes parked either side. If I parked in the space you couldn't open the door enough to get out. So had to park on the public street outside the resort. We had a two bedroom apartment. It was clean and comfortable. kitchen was well appointed with all the necessary pots, pan, utensils, china & cutlery etc. Only issue was the beds were not comfortable, very soft no support. We mentioned this on checkout - we had an older room. The apartments are being refurbished. The apartment has ceiling fans, security fly screens on windows and doors for ventilation. But no air conditioning.

A delightful resort, very relaxing

Generally good however the pool was closed on Thursday which was really a hot n humid day! Azalea had a disadvantage due to foot traffic n very noisy during the night with lot of people speaking loudly n moving things it was very disturbing trying to get some sleep!!

As someone that has used this resort a number of times and is also an owner I was very disappointed in the condition of the resort. The resort could spend some time and money just cleaning eg the path's and the roof tiles just to give the place a bit of a face lift.
