ビーチの前のメインロードから１分ほど中に入った場所で夜間も静かであり清潔な施設でした。

とても良いホテルでした‼︎ 私は1人旅でこのホテルで色々な人と交流を出来たのでとても、楽しい旅になりました‼︎ 色々な人と交流がしたい人には最適のホテルです‼︎

ボンダイビーチへ行きたくて予約したのですがとにかく1万円以上する宿の価値はなかった。 他の滞在者と共同生活なのでトイレやシャワーが重なると不便。宿泊者のマナーが悪いと最悪です。 2、3千円を足してでもホテルの方がと感じた。

とっても可愛くて素敵な外観に、清潔な部屋。セルフの簡単な朝ごはんも含め、おばあちゃんちに遊びに来たような安心感があります。建物自体は新しくないのかもしれませんが、朝、スタッフの方が一生懸命床をごしごししていて、だから綺麗なのかと思いました。 WiFiも洗濯機も使えるし、タオルも綺麗。 部屋の数が限られているのでトイレ・シャワー待ちで困ることもありませんでした。 鍵も簡単なものですがついていてセキュリティも問題なし。海へは歩いて5分ほどなのでとっても便利で楽しいです。庭も可愛くて緑がいっぱいなので、ゆったり本を読んだりもできます。 難点は部屋によっては狭いことですが私は安心感があったので気になりませんでした。あと夜は寒いので着込みました。 また絶対来ると思います。シェアハウス（？）初心者におすすめ。

Great location,very clean and great staff suited my holiday perfectly

It is really close to both the Beach and Bondi restaurants and the staff is super friendly and you really do feel welcome and as a guest in someone else's big house, but to others reading this review I would probably categorize this more as a lodge than a hotel so you realize that what you get for the price you are paying is a spartan accommodation with quite a hard/stiff bed and no real AC though bathroom is really nice and modern. After being woken up in bed by a 4+ cm cockroach crawling on my arm, which was not my first bug incident in the room, I decided to leave early and move to a real hotel close to the airport as I was going on a long haul flight the day after and didn't want to think about what kind of bug that would wake me up next. I know bugs etc are part of the Australian fauna and to be expected, but the only close encounters I had with bugs in my bed during my 3.5 weeks in Australia at 15+ accommodations, including in the rainforest in the north of Australia, was here in Bondi so maybe I was just unlucky or very lucky during my trip. Besides the above, I would appreciate better locks and doors to the rooms because if there were better locks I would feel like my stuff were secure and if the doors were better I would probably not have gotten unexpected visitors that easily as they wouldn't be able to crawl under the 1 cm gap under the door.

Check in was really easy, the room was clean and the tea and coffee in the room made it very homey. I would definitely recommend staying here, it's so close to the beach!!

This was my ideal of something terrific for the price. Quite, clean, quaint, characterful and so close to the beach, bus stop and eateries. Very happy. Should just mention that it wouldn’t be good for those with mobility problems as there are lots of stairs.

We were delighted with Bondi Beach House. An amazing combination of proximity to Beach and Bondi restaurants, a gorgeous room in a quirky, quaint building and such lovely before, during and after service for a super reasonable price. All three of us have declared we will stay here again

La casa está bien ubicada y es limpia. Lo negativo los colchones deben ser renovados (de manera urgente). El baño compartido tiene dentro la lavandería lo que lo hace algo incómodo. Seria bueno que aclararan el tipo de desayuno incluido y las demás reglas de la casa en la publicidad. Por el mismo precio hay otras alternativas mejores en la zona, de no haber pagado de forma anticipada me habría cambiado de alojamiento.

Great location and great house. Room 9 was the smallest room I have ever slept in, but the bed was comfortable.

Lovely room in paved courtyard surrounded with plants and trees Breakfast supplies were excellent. Quiet, even though only being 100 meters from Bondi's main thoroughfare. Very close to Bondi shops/restaurants, Bondi-Bronte walkway and Icebergs pool. Would love to stay again.

It’s a pretty little place in Bondi near to the bus stands and beach. We are very happy with our stay and liked the fact that we were provided some food to prepare our own breakfast. Overall, it’s a very nice place.

Place is great. Shared bathroom was not an issue at all. Very walkable.

Close proximity to the beach, cafes, bars, and restaurants. However the room left a lot to be desired and was very dated. NO AC, one small fan and only one small window in the bathroom opened. The included breakfast was a plus and the patios were nice. For this price point would stay somewhere else with AC next time

Everything was clean! The staff were on-site and extremely helpful. I enjoyed the peace and quiet days And nights! Breakfast was better than expected! The room was normal sized, and we had easy access to the beach, bus, and grocery stores, which helped save $. The restaurants near were crazy, stupid expensive and mostly unhealthy beach food, so local stores was a must! The laundry area worked ok, but I’m not used of hang drying! I know, it saves the environment and $.

Klein aber fein. Wir hatten leider ein sehr sehr kleines Zimmer oder einfach zu viel Gepäck. Für den kurzen Aufenthalt war es aber vollkommen ausreichend. Es ist alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet & wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Auch die Leute die mit uns dort gewohnt haben, waren super und wir haben uns gerne ein Bad geteilt. Obwohl ich dem am Anfang skeptisch entgegen stand. Also wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist ein Traum und sauber war es auch. Wir kommen wieder.
