　毎年、日本の真冬には南半球の真夏のゴールドコーストで約1か月を過ごしております。投宿先は気にいれば連続して利用します。 　今回初めてここを利用しましたが、建屋・室内諸設備および外回りは、多少年月を費やしていることもあり、やや古くさい感は否めませんが、この価格からすれば、十分納得はできます。 　スタッフの対応もなかなかよく、快適に過ごすことができる大きな要因になりました。 　地理的に、カビルアベニューとブロードビーチの繁華街との中間にあり、買い物には片道徒歩25分くらいかかりますが、きれいな街並みあるいはビーチを歩けばいい散歩にもなります。もっとも帰りはバスがもしくはトラムをを利用します。 　外回りの設備（プール・ジャグジー・テニスコート・ＢＢＱ・サウナ等）もよく管理されており、快適に利用することができます。　 　我々老夫婦（夫７６歳・妻７０歳）の体力と財力がもし続くようであれば、ぜひ来年もここにお世話になろうと考えております。 　

客室は申し分なく広く、オーシャンビューで、ホテルの裏がビーチでした。プールやテニスコートもあり、とてもよい環境でした。繁華街は少し離れており、夜間に騒がしいということもなく、とても快適に過ごせました。かといって、サーファーズパラダイスまで徒歩圏内です。 お湯が短時間しかでないのが、少し難点といえば難点でしたが、1階にサウナもあり、特に困りませんでした。

無料WiFiを使用してましたが、チェックアウトの前日で突然使えなくなりました。フロントにクレームしましたが夜のため対応する人間がいないとのことで問題解決ができませんでした。 この時期部屋はたいへん寒く暖房設備が必要なのに備わっていなくてたいへん寒い思いをしました。

ゴールドコーストは２回目でしたがコンドは初体験。外のプールじゃ冬は無理と思ってましたが、温水プールとわかっていれば、水着を持っていっていたかも。路面電車の駅も歩いてすぐだし、レンタカーがあれば特に不便は感じませんでした。ただ、歩いてサーファーズというのには距離があります。６泊ではあっという間でした。もうちょっと滞在できればのんびりできたかも。

Was a good stay but unfortunately after a few days there we used the air-conditioning unit and we all got sick the following day all four of us. After going to doctors we had a look at the air-conditioning unit and it was absolutely covered in black mould have taken many photos of this. is absolutely disgustingly dirty so we got very sick from the air conditioning unit. Looks like it hasn’t been serviced for sometime. also, we stayed for 10 days after five days. They came and changed our sheets but they took my son‘s teddy bear. He’s only four years old. he’s had this since the day he was born we went straight down and informed them of this but they kinda laughed it off and said it must’ve got mixed up in the sheets and they will find it for us. They never did and they didn’t really care about it at all our son was absolutely devastated and didn’t sleep for the following five nights. Probably wouldn’t stay there again just because of the absolutely disgusting air-conditioning unit and them taking the teddy and never returning it

Was a terrific apartment to stay, whilst a little dated it was clean, comfortable and had everything you need. The block’s facilities were immaculate and the reception staff were fantastic. The cafe next door had good coffee too! Car parking is only 2.1m high and street parking was 3 hrs 9-5pm weekdays. But as it was off season there was no problems. I am looking forward to visiting again.

Great location for public transport. Staff were super friendly. We loved the beach view and easy access to the beach. We even had a BBQ and a game of tennis. Highly recommend!

Thank you ,was nice and close to everything what we needed. Travelling with kids we found that Pool and spa definitely highlight of the property .

The apartment was run down and very poorly equipped for holiday stays - especially in the kitchen, eg 5 cups for an apartment housing 4 guests, no lids for the 2 saucepans provided and next to no other kitchen facilities. The lounge rug was worn & in need of replacement, a power switch in the kitchen was broken & dangerous - obviously left in this condition for some time, dimmer switch in lounge obvs faulty as light flickers when turned down, no toilet roll holder in the main bathroom, no soap dish in the ensuite shower. A disappointing experience.

Great location to both Broadbeach and Surfers. The unit we had was very spacious; however, it was quite different from what I saw on the website. We had initial problem in the shower in the ensuite but it was easy to fix by ourselves. Probably more attention to the maintenance and cleaning is needed.

Absolutely amazing experience. The two bedroom beach front unit was exceptional. It had Absolutely everything we needed and the view straight out to the beach was beautiful. The location is great and the ladies at reception are fantastic, so accommodating. The building is exceptionally clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay again when back in Surfers.

Thanks for a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and the facilities were fantastic. The ladies on front desk were helpful. One lady was new and learning her job but the commication was great and the staff were very polite.
