サーファーズの中心にも近く、交通の便も最高のホテルです。 室内も広々として過ごしやすく、快適でした。スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで旅のいい思い出になりました。 ただ、水道のホットとコールドの表示が逆になっていて火傷しそうになったことだけが残念です。 早く修理してくれることを期待します。

日本語は通じません。ホテルに着いたのは、AM７：３０ぐらいでした。ホテルは鍵がかけられていたので、空港から日本語送迎サービスを利用していた、そのスタッフに、ホテルの外にある℡で対応していただきました。８：００ぐらいに誰かがくるだろうと言うことだったので、スタッフにいっしょに待ってもらいました。荷物を預けてチェックインまで散策に出かけ、PM2:00にホテルにチェックインした時、日本語が通じないのでとても苦労しました。何となく理解できましたが、なぜかしら１００ドル払うことになり、後でわかったことですが、それは、保証金のようなもので、部屋の物が無くなったり壊れたりしていた時カード決済されるらしい。　部屋に入るとびっくり。広いリビング、キッチン、ダイニング、２ベッドルーム、２バストイレ、洗濯機、乾燥機。キッチンには、皿、コップ、包丁、鍋、全て揃っています。プール、ジャグジーもあります。ビーチにも近く、レストラン、コンビニ、スーパーも近くです。 次回もぜひ利用したいです。

A lovely place to spend a week at the beach with the Grandkids. Indoor pool spa and sauna were great. Short walk to catch Tram, beach access across the road and not far to Cavill Ave. Apartment was clean and tidy with ocean view balcony. Would stay here again

Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working in my unit. The main bedroom only had a ceiling fan which was incredibly noisy. I was located on the 6th floor and there was considerable noise at night from traffic and trams. The location and position was great.

Only criticism is that our parking was on the bottom level so we had to use one flight of stairs. Being older, we would have preferred another spot. Everything else was good. We’d stay here again.

The view from the property was immaculate and overlooks the Surfers Paradise beach and the elevation made the noise quite faint and bearable. It is very close to the Surfers' mall and dining and there is a beach entry and Lifeguards station right in front of the building. The indoor pool is very nice and heated and the outdoor pool area is well maintained and beautiful. The spa and the sauna were lovely to enjoy and added elegance to the stay. The car park has two entries and out reserved spot was easy to get into but many of the spots are tight and somewhat difficult to negotiate for a large car. The property provides two set of keys which is very handy. The few negative things were first the check in was delayed until around 5pm as the previous occupants left the property in a shape that needed extended cleaning. The bathroom doors had no locks on them and we had to yell every time one of us opened the door while the bathroom was occupied. The shower recess glass doors have huge gaps that the water leaked through and we had to mob the floor after every use. The dryer filter is broken and doesn't stay in place and looks like it has been fixed using blue tac but otherwise functional. The fridge is quite old and froze and ruined our food and grocery frequently. The lifts stopped operating during a storm and we had to climb the 17 floors on foot and while that was to me and the kids a good exercise I can't imagine a person who is old, unfit or with heart condition to be able.

The hotel is in a nice location close to many shops and restaurants. The beach is across the street and the pool area was very nice. Our room was larger than I expected with a washer and dryer that was very nice. The bathrooms could use some upgrading. There was some areas in the bathroom that were rusted and not the cleanest but overall it was a decent place to stay.

The apartment is very new and comfortable, more spacious than we expected. The sea view is beautiful. But the air conditioner only runs for 2 hours then turns off and the wing doesn't work either.

Great value for money. Located right on the esplanade. We had ocean view apartments and we were able to watch the fireworks from the balcony! The apartments are a little outdated, but still very clean and tidy, with comfortable mattress and pillows. Great pool, indoors and outdoors, jacuzzi and bbq amenities as well. Would definitely return.

Staff are unable to properly communicate and were unable to meet our needs.

Nice place for the holidays

Good apartment for the price. Centrally located, but a bit tired. We had apartment on second floor and a higher level would have been better as the balcony was a bit close to the street. Parking was free, but car park was quite tight. The pool, spa, sauna and BBQ area were great.
