BreakFree Wirrina Cove

Huone oli iso ja siisti. Siitä oli hieno näkymä golfkentälle jossa meitä ilostutti noin 10 kengurua. Aamiaista, lounasta eikä illallista ollut tarjolla kun kokki oli sairastunut. Ystävällinen rouva teki meille kuitenkin toustit. Hotelli sopi hienosti "väliyöpymiseen".

The staff were very friendly. The rooms need updating and the facilities need a lot of love. The 3rd bed was tiny, not even a single size wide. But the kids loved going in the pool, the playground and mini golf. It was nice to sit on the balcony and see the kangaroos.

Booked for 3 nights this week as a gift - aircon in room not working, got told it was working ok! Had to go buy a fan as it was not 😳 no food available so had to travel for meals I suggested they ask for another room but they said theirs was the best out of them Very dissapointing 👎

The staff were so lovely and welcoming. Mini golf was so much fun and we loved how close the kangaroos were to us.

Needs some tlc rooms are tired and no food available for some of the nights over the stay House keeping only came when we reminded them Shame could be good Remote place so had to drive to get food Remote so

The whole place needs to be bulldozed and build a new resort

Very, dirty, unsafe room kettle leaked, a-few plugs did not work very run down surprised it is a breakfree but we had nowhere else to go

Break fast is good. Staff delivered the bf is very bad.

Golf course is mint!

Spa is out of order. Hotel needs a bit of work. But is clean, and we enjoyed our stay.

Friendly staff but creepy place

I realise that the property is being updated, but found our stay wonderful. The staff were all so pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

It’s a lovely setting and has many facilities, gym, golf, pool, dining.

Rooms were tired and old. Desperately in need of refurbishment. TV old and could only get limited channels....no HD channels. Restaurant had great Chinese food 😋

Very disappointed with the quality of accommodation for the price. Very outdated. Needs serious work. Bed even did not have a mattress protector. The first time in my travelling life that I have experienced this. I would definitely not recommend this accommodation

The property itself needs some major work done, it’s a great spot but very tired looking. If they did it up it would be great. Staff were great and so were the meals but overall needs a Reno!

Very poor services, wifi doesn’t work so people looking for some quiet time to get their work done is not possible. Carpets not clean, weird smell from room all the time, not much facilities available to do. Poor customer service

Do not stay here. I booked a room for 2 nights, we left after 1 night. We could not leave soon enough! The fridge and lamp in our room were both broken the towel and carpets were dirty and the bed was extremely uncomfortable as the springs were almost through the mattress and to top it off the spa was broken! Very unpleasant stay and very little help from staff to rectify the situation.
