子供のおもちゃなど充実していて、楽しく過ごせました。 ピアノも置いていたので、ひいてみたりしました。

立地もよく、目の前のトラムで近隣のショッピングモールにも移動できました。朝からやってるコーヒーショップとマーケットもあり、とても便利でした。部屋も広くて綺麗でした。

生活に必要な設備は全て揃ってます。 スーパーマーケットも至近なので、とても便利です。清潔に管理されてます。 ガスレンジの上に換気扇がないので、料理の際はファンを回す、窓を開けるなどした方がいいです。

one bedroomでも広いリビング、広いバルコニーがあり、快適な滞在でした。

以下を除いて非常に快適なアパートメントであった。 1.ビジター用の駐車場がインストラクションに記載があったが、初日は大変分かりにくかった。 2.浴槽付きの部屋とHotels.comの宿泊施設の説明にはあったが、実際にはシャワーしかない部屋だった。 3.インドアプールは冬なのに冷たいままであった。

Property was well located for our needs, Handy location with supermarket across the road. Apartment is spacious with beautiful views from level 29.

The property is a little run down. Needs a paint job to the apartment and new carpets throughout the apartment

Property was not clean (popcorn on the floor in the 1 bedroom so we had to vacuum, the one single bed was full of sand, the carpet was dirty and spots everywhere in the lounge area)

We stayed on the 29th floor in a superb 2 bedroom apartment with amazing views of the Southport Broadwater and pacific ocean. We stayed here for the Red Hot Summer show which was literally right across the highway from the apartment!! Our apartment was large, luxurious and immaculately clean. We were disappointed we could only stay for 2 nights 😪😪. We would definitely stay here again as we loved our short stay!!

Place was comfortable and styled for the location. Unit was clean, lots of space and close to shops and amenities. Property Managers were amazing and helpful

Easy access

that has to be the worst car park ever, so badly set out, the numbers are everywhere not in order, it took us over half an hour to find where we had to park. The view from our large apartment was awesome, the flooring is very old and thin and the bed very hard

I liked the coffee downstairs and the multitude of restaurants. Public tram depot is very close and Ubers have plenty of room for pickups.

10/10 perfect. We would definitely recommend the complex. With it's proximity to public transport we hardly used our rental car, eateries and supermarket on the doorstep, just an all round wonderful experience.

Great stay!

There were a few things missing (eg, bathmat, egg flipper, paring knife) but these were all provided during the complimentary mid-stay cleaning. The apartment was spacious, clean and very well located. Loved the lappool and hot tub.

Clean relaxing and beautiful views

門口有輕軌，隔壁有超市，餐廳也多，便利度高。這是出租公寓，不是飯店，所以內部的佈置比較一般居家，空間非常大，陽台大，風景漂亮。小缺點：烤箱似乎沒有清潔，我打開看了一下，不敢用。微波爐就有乾淨，好用。前台服務人員親切。
