I liked how the whole extended family (there was 8 of us) was able to fit comfortably into the four bedroom accommodation. The beds were comfortable and all basic amenities had been provided in the room. Unfortunately, we were only provided with two parking bays. For a room that accommodates 10, that extra spot is a must.

Good location and service. Property is old and needs a refresh.

On first entering, the room looked very old and smelled strongly of bleach. Then, when a staff member came in to take away a machine that was running, we were hit with the smell of smoke, I think it came through the air conditioning unit, which itself was quite loud rattling. Parking proved difficult, with only one car able to drive in or out so if encountering another car, one would have to back way back. The covered carparks were limited and difficult to get into. Kitchen was well equipped & the bed was good. Cheap price, still probably wouldn't stay again.

Great location to get to Jupiter’s and Broadbeach. Room was basic but comfortable. I was able to park the car and then walk everywhere I needed

Great location and pricing, plus the staff are really accommodating. Some of the kindest cleaning staff I've ever come across as a heavily pregnant incredibly ill woman, my partner and I appreciated how kind the ladies were and how respectful of our privacy they Also were

Good overall

The hot water not working but other things are nice

No hot water so couldn’t have a warm shower. Very noisy. Could hear other guests and traffic.

Their online presence is completely inaccurate and should be taken down. 2 power points in the apartment none in the bedroom. No extra blankets for winter. Wild parties in the complex that were not addressed & management could not be reached during this time. Apartment smelled like cigarettes & was surrounded by construction sites. Spa was cold. It’s not really a motel as most other apartments are permanently occupied by residents. We should be refunded

Very run down. Felt a little uneasy as could hear noise and yelling coming from the room next to me. Limited parking where it’s first in. Disappointing that you pay $100 deposit once you get there but didn’t see it mentioned when booked online and you have to clean the room, take your rubbish upon check out which makes me question if they even clean the room for the next guests. On the plus great location with the big mall and dining across the road.

What I liked about this property was it was spacious and clean and the price for the unit was good and the property manager was lovely and helpful.

Avoid like the plage rooms nothing like photos. Photos of the pool are from somewhere else

Very Old place. Very noisy, a lot of road work also in the night and also renovations of buildings close by. People arriving being noisy, whole atmosphere not pleasant. In an event of fire - fire alarm in the apartment had no battery.
