トラムの停留所からすぐ近くにあるホテル｡部屋はやや狭いが、共同のキッチンもあり設備は整っていた｡

料金を現地払いに指定していたのに、勝手に先払いにされた。

For the price & value, I rate the hotel stay highly. However, the office chair in room 803 was ‘stained’ possibly bodily fluids? Terrible huh? Otherwise, location, amenities, staff and value were great. Oh btw, Northbourne Ave on Saturday night is screaming loud with street cars drag racing. It’s a Canberran thing :)

Väldigt väldigt kallt på rummet. Skulle bara sova där en natt så orkade in kontakta personalen så är medveten att hag möjligen skulle kunna få hjälp. Fönsterna är inte isolerade och när det är -2 grader utomhus blir det väldigt kallt på rummet. Sov med mössa och vantar. Men jag tog som sagt inte kontakt med personalen så det kanske hade kunnat lösa sig.

Great stay ideal location tram at the door.

Easy parking, kitchen facilities for no fuss stay. Great place to stay for ex old Fenner hall residents. All facilities are available good for winter as it’s hydronic heating. Not so great for summer if you need aircon. But standing fan is available.

The room is clean and neat. I was living in the 7th floor of North building and the male shower room has a bit bad smell. Then, I moved to the 4th floor of South building and there was fine. You need to prepare coins if you want to use the washer and dryer in the building or scan the QR code to pay. The receptionist doesn't have coins.

clean, efficient, quiet, public transport at doorstep. I loved the little side garden outside the kitchen, with benches in dappled sunlight, looking at people's vegetable garden plots. Nice place for a cup of tea and a book. Staff were lovely and friendly. The only issue I had was that the toilet lights were turned off late at night, with no way to turn them on, making 3am toilet stop very very dark! highly recommend.

Great location, near the tram. And lots of parking. Did have some cockroaches in the room. Huge fluffy towels.

The amenities were quite well-kept. The room was spacious and clean, enough for me traveling on my own. The bathroom was clean and body wash, shampoo and conditioner was available. Location was quite convenient, a few stops away from the main city centre via light rail. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Well located - moderate distance from city centre on tram/light rail. A small convenience store 100 metres away. Comfortable bed. More than adequate storage space - 6 drawers and plenty of hanging space, although only 4 hangers. Mirror and sink in room - hot and cold water with adequate pressure. Bathrooms conveniently located and kept clean; soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. Kitchenette near rooms and well supplied with utensils, crockery, toaster, kettle, microwave, refrigerator. Tea bags, instant coffee sachets, sugar, milk sachets. Overall the CAC is clean, quiet, comfortable and good value.

Good value for money. Essentially it’s a university hall of residence with hotel rooms. Not everyone’s cup of tea but fine for me. Clean and practical rooms with a clean shared bathroom and shared kitchenette. Is on the streetcar line to the city centre. I would stay here again.
