This property is in an excellent location, just a short 5 min walk to Hastings St and the beach. We enjoyed our stay in a water view room. The unit was fairly compact but comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s showing some signs of wear and tear, but the location made up for it.

The location of Caribbean Noosa is outstanding and was one of the highlights of our stay. Being within easy walking distance of Hastings Street made it a fantastic base for exploring Noosa. The bed was also very comfortable. Unfortunately, the apartment itself was disappointing. While the location is excellent, the interior felt quite tired and would benefit from renovation. Given the premium location and cost of accommodation, the apartment did not feel reflective of the standard we were expecting. The shower water temperature was another significant issue, never becoming properly hot during our stay and remaining only lukewarm. We also found the cleaning standards fell below expectations, with hair left in the shower and floors that did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly prior to our arrival. There were a number of smaller issues including milk left in the fridge from a previous guest, insufficient toilet paper supplied and no shampoo or conditioner provided. After raising these concerns directly with management, they advised that apartments are individually owned and that the Waterview apartment we booked has not been renovated to the same standard as some of the Superior Waterfront apartments. They also acknowledged that the missing toiletries and toilet paper were an oversight. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Noosa thanks to the amazing location and comfortable bed, however the issues above impacted our stay and are the reason for our 3-star rating.

Caribbean Noosa is the perfect spot for those wanting nice accomodation that is reasonably priced and not too far away from Hastings Street/Main Beach. Our apartment (9) was beautifully renovated and the communal pool and access to the river were lovely.

Carribean Noosa was by far the most amazing place we have stayed at on our east coast trip! Jenny was so kind and welcoming, the room was gorgeous and so spacious, the jetty was excellent as my boyfriend loves to fish and caught some fab fish off there, the pool was beautiful too! Such a great location as only 5 minute walk to hastings street! We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area! Thank you Jenny so much for our wonderful stay!

Lovely suite on the canal. Very clean and nicely appointed with everything you need. Location is great with a short walk to Hastings st. Great pool with sun all day long and shade if needed. Jenny at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and I would stay here again.

Apartment spotless and had everything we needed

Fantastic location a short walk from the amenities and beach. The apartment was spacious clean and fresh towels delivered daily. Jenny greeted us at check in was exceptionally helpful and gave us loads of information about the area and what to see/do. Noosa Heads is a great place to visit - we were only there 3 nights and it in hindsight we should have planned a longer stay.

For the money, we were disappointed. The dishwasher not working, the floor not swept, sandy and dusty. WiFi in room not working, cooking utensils old, tap fixture in sink loose. Outside the door to patio dirty, dead leaves, grit etc. This was just our unit, other units may have been fine but not going back to Caribbean. The location was great, short walk to Hastings St and shops, restaurants etc.

I loved the layout. They gave me a great private room overlooking the lagoon. The decor was inviting and calming. There were fresh towels outside my door every morning. It was lovely not to be disturbed but to have those accessible! The pool area was spotless as was the barbecue. I used both and enjoyed them immensely. Lorikeets, ducks and fish all came to visit. I even saw a baby stingray down in the water off the pier. The space itself was awesome with a loft for my bed. The plates and cutlery and kitchen were all really nicely prepared. Some beautiful pieces of pottery instead of the standard corningware. There was a kayak available for rent, but I didn’t use it. As someone who uses a French press for my coffee, I really appreciated having a unit in the kitchen 😍 There were lots of lighting options for different moods, and even a Sun umbrella on each patio. It’s easily accessible to the main beach and town by walking. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!!

Jenny was very helpful at reception. The accomodation was great for what we needed.

Loved being able to chill out on the gorgeous deck with beautiful river views. Jenny was really helpful, with both early check in and late check out. We also loved renting the kayaks for a paddle on the river. In all, it was a fantastic stay.

Good location, good size room and water facing courtyard. The pool was nice too. The property is quite dated, photos look a lot more pleasant than seeing it in real. Hotel amenities supplies are pretty basic.
